I just moved to the area and was looking for a vet for my 2 puppies. I called and left a message to make an appointment for a basic check up. I am still waiting for my call to be returned several days later. Needless to say, I found another vet and will not be using their services. If I can't get a simple call back, I definitely don't trust their treatment for my puppies.

Took my new puppy in for his first shots and all that. They were all very nice and polite. They did not give him meds he did not need. Thank goodness. Visit was short and sweet. I hope Carter and I continue to have such pleasant experiences here.

I Brought my cat in who was in extreme distress. Although the person behind the counter gave me addresses and phone numbers to clinics who could help, she told me they were an appointment only clinic and their was no doctor there. However by some MIRACLE, the same veterinarian who has looked after my dog for years was all of the sudden in the hallway in front of me! There was no need to lie to me! I found out later my cat had a blood clot and had to be put down. Maybe if they were more caring, they could have given my cat some pain medication and he wouldn't have suffered while on the way to the trauma center. if I could give negative 5 stars I would. SHAME! I hope that if you're ever in a situation where you try to eat your own foot off do to partial paralysis because of being in so much pain that someone helps you. I don't blame the vet. He didn't know, but I hope a deviled egg fart smell follows you around for the rest of your days. And u get gout

I’ve come here for over a decade. I brought my ferrets here for many years. And then our cats. A lot more affordable than other vets. I brought my 5 month old cat in because she’s been sick. The vet and staff were so kind. They gave me the cost of everything before they did it so I could decide what I wanted done. I’ve loved Brookside every time I’ve come over the years.

Was recommended by a friend , everyone was very professional and caring . Prices were good . Hopefully I never have to go back but if I needed a vet I would definitely go back.

Dr Hughes, and nurses really cares about your pet and your feelings about your pets! Brookside will find a way, no matter how difficult. And if one must go to the rainbow bridge ? they too feel the pain of your loss! I always say Dog is God spelled backwards and that's no coincidence, they are his gifts to us and should be treated as such. ?❤️ ? ?

Staff could care less about assisting animals and customers alike. Always looking to collect the next fee. My dog was a routine visitor for vaccinations, check ups, and the random injuries for years. Really enjoyed the veterinarian, however the staff made it unbearable to work with.
