Purchased a new phone yesterday stated I needed the same number multiple times to the cashier. Because I've bought new phones before and was able to keep the same number. Instead he tells me it would be cheaper for a new line for the new phone and claimed the phone I was buying didnt come with a charger. So I did it anyway. Turns out I could've done this online for way cheaper. The phone online was 70$ cheaper and i could've kept my same phone number. I'll probably not get a refund. Don't go here. Just do it online.

I just came in on Mother’s Day, they have this poor girl working, on Mother’s Day, there is NO INTERNET to process my payment, or anyone’s for that matter! Just shut the store down and let the girl go home

Stopped in for update counter lady was real nice no issues there, bought a phone holder and asked her for a screen protecter, she grabbed the pack, layed it on counter, written it was a 10 pack clearly on front, charged me 35 bucks, and 20 of that was the protectors, got home 1 in the pack, called, at which time i told her there was only one, she stated she knew, didnt know why it said that , and didnt feel the need to tell me, told me that there are no refunds ever ....lol...ok ... the new world...where all you can hope for is someone at least opening up....
