I came in today about to lose my mind! Dealing with transferring my phone from StraightTalk to Boost. Star was so super Helpful! They were kind and calm, even though I was losing it. They figured out the problem and helped me get my phone set up. I am so grateful and highly recommend visiting Star at this location for any phone needs!

Literally scammed and neither the store or corporate wants to take responsibility. Bought a phone with a $200 refund after 3 on time payments....made those payments plus a few more...no refund. Corporate blames the store for not properly registering and the store says its out of their hands, it was a corporate promotion. Been dealing with this since February and no resolution, no $200. Called like the owner replied for 2 weeks. No answer. Full voicemail. Stopped by the store several times during business hours. Closed. When I did get to talk with someone from the store, I got the exact same run around about the $200 rebate I was guaranteed when I bought the phone. Absolute worst service.

Usually my customer service experiences at boost awful. Depending on the store you go to you'll get told several different things relating to policy, usually the employees are clearly upset that have to help you. So I absolutely need to leave a good review for Stephanie who works at this location. My phone had broke and I tried switching my number to an old Boost one I had. It wasn't working and she literally did everything she could to try to get it to. Luckily she then remembered (which I had totally forgot!) that she sold my husband and I each one of those phones and we have them insuranced so I just needed to file for a replacement! I did it at 7 pm and got my phone delivered the next day. Just want to show some appreciation for being able to into a Boost store and get an employee that was friendly and more than happy to help. Thanks Stephanie!

I bought a portable wifi device and the data hasn't been loading I called and some gentleman answer and I let him know what was going on. He said it's between me and the government and I had to call them. I asked I don't understand explaine to me he hung up and blocked my number from calling the store.Jerk your the worse.. 3:03 pm Thursday 9/09/21

Had to replace phone recently....so I picked out a random location to transfer my service. Quite pleased with this location largely due to an outstanding gentleman, a Mr. Chelsea.From the friendly greeting when I walked in, to the expert suggestions and cheerful demeanor adding up to excellent customer service. Just a well rounded and near perfect experience.

Is a nice store and very clean and tidy and love the service is fast in and out
