Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner is rude and if you want to change service he will not help you. He will however threaten to break your phone if you question him. 10/10 do not recommend. 2 years of boost service and this man has been nothing but rude.

Worst boost location. The lady who works the counter and has been there every time I go in has absolutely no idea what she's doing. I bought my phone there a month ago, and it's non stop problems ever since. She didn't know how to set it up correctly. Can not answer any questions.She can never help me. It's always " ooh. I don't know." I hate bad reviews, but this place is a total waste of your time and money.

I went in and told them my phone wasn't charging so the lady that was working there literally told me you need to clean this ya know. Then takes rubbing alcohol and takes a toothbrush puts the rubbing alcohol on the toothbrush and starts cleaning my charger port. Then on top of that I phone was still not charging and plus I try and call on my phone and I couldn't here a dam thing. I'm so upset over this I'm never ever going to step my foot back in that store on highstreet

Terrible customer service I had to pay my deductible and get a new phone that was lost, came w no simcard and they charged me an additional $40 and it didn't fo anything g but turn my phone on no offer to help me, I told them I had another sim card from the exact phone with my info and they said it would not work nor would they give me the tool to do the simcsrd myself now I can't even use phone spent 2 hours w boost and Samsung last night stillnot resolved now I have to go to a different store to factory reset and loose my stuff again beyond upset

Don't buy a phone here, we bought 3 boost mobile phones at nearly 500$ in price, the sim card wouldn't read on a coolpad phone and basically were told by the establishment to bad! If you buy here your getting the shaft, we did and likely you will to!

The worst customer service ever! Walked in asking for a SIM card and this person wanted to sell it for $30 when every where else they’re $10. Didn’t want to drive all the way to Best Buy so I figured let me just get it from a boost mobile store so wrong. I mentioned that to the guys and he said “well get it there” He’s was so rude! I don’t recommend anyone going there!

Service was bad they couldn't even help by getting customer care on my phone while my phone is messed up instead of directing me to Motorola they could have done a exchange because it's been like lest then two old which in this case it is a defective phone but still Motorola has to take care so to me if you are asking my product in your store and can't be professional and take care of it that's pretty messed up I'm torn
