Please do not go here to have your phone repaired. So on 6/3, I took my pixel 7 pro to have my cracked screen repaired (it still worked by the way). I took my phone in once he received the screen (repair took about 1.5 hours). After I returned to the store, I inspected the phone. The screen was no longer responsive to touch like it was before and the phone was getting really hot. As I was walking back to my car, the screen went black. I went back into the store and he told me he needed to order another screen. I had to leave my phone there until the new screen arrived. The new screen arrived on 6-5 and I received a call saying my device was ready. I live like 34 minutes from this store (long drive for all the back and forth). I arrived to the store and began inspecting my phone again, this time was even worse. The screen would not respond to double taps, the phone was really hot and the fingerprint scanner no longer worked. The screen was also stuttering. His response to me for all the issues was that it was an aftermarket screen and that they come with issues. I informed him that is something I should have been told prior to him doing the repair. So, I got tired of debating and left the store. I was home about 2 hours when a green line (light bleeding) appeared on the screen. I wrote him on messenger telling him I wanted a refund. He told me to come in the following day. I paid $120 for the screen repair FYI. I arrived to the store the next day to show him the green line. He began telling me how it's not fair to him to give me a refund, that he is losing money, that he is losing time for the labor etc. I informed him that's not my fault that he's using poor venders for parts and why should I be out of money and keep a phone that works worse than it did before I brought it to him for repair. He refused to give me my full refund and offered me only $30. I told him that was unacceptable. He ended giving me $60 out of the $120 I paid and now I have to pay someone to fix my screen properly. Please do not allow him to fix your device. Let him stick to selling service. It's one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. Please please please do not accept phone repair service from him. He's a nice person, with poor customer service, business practices and he will attempt to take advantage of you! Please beware!

These mfs gave me a refurbished phone…no one can hear me on this new iPhone. There’s cracks everywhere and the case they gave me already came apart!!! This is ridiculous smh
