We had our dogs groomed here for the first time today. They look terrific, and are clean without smelling too perfumy. Price is on par with other groomers. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Our little Maltese doesn’t love grooming day but she actually was happy to go to biscuits! And she always looks great!

Dog got skunked a few days ago. They got him in the day after I called. Got a wash that took care of the smell and a nail trim. Staff is extremely friendly and took great care of my guy! Will be coming back.

Took my dog in for her normal grooming (had been going there for a year) and they mistakenly shaved her. Had her paperwork mixed up with another. Would never ever recommend this place.

I’ve taken my dogs for grooming here for years. I have a 18 month old Westie now and he’s never been away from us except for grooming. We had a 10 vacation planned and decided to leave him in their care for boarding. While boarding he also went to their doggy day care. I had no idea what to expect when I picked him up but he was a different dog!! I attributed it to fatigue at first but after a few days his calmness remained and I believe his new behavior was due to his excellent care, socialization with other people and dogs. I can’t say enough good things about Barb and her staff, Murphy is still going to doggy day care once a week and he loves it.

We decided to take our husky here when he was blowing his coat. He received a bath and brush along with trimming of his paw pads and nails. He’s never looked so good!Besides the fact that he looked amazing after his visit, the cost was very comparable and only took a little over an hour.We will definitely be returning and have been spreading the word on how great this place is!

I can't recommend Biscuit Bath & Beyond enough! Our labradoodle goes for grooming and weekly daycare. Every single one of the staff members are amazing and do so well with her, even though our pup is constantly a crazy girl! The staff is patient, kind, and they truly love dogs! Our pup always comes home from daycare tired and well taken care of. When she goes for grooming, she always comes home looking beautiful! I also love their affordable prices for both of their services. We love BBB!!!

@ Nick AmrienNot sure why it won't let me respond to your post but First off I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your visit. Your pup is 11 months old and NEVER been groomed. We do not rush puppies especially scared onesas we want them to enjoy coming to see us. With that being said Buddy did not like the drying process and bit my groomer. She then put him in a kennel with fans to dry him which takes longer. I agree she should have called you to explain what was happening. We always tell our customers at checkin 2 to 3 hours. When you came in to ask if he was ready and she told you 20-30 minutes which would have been 3.5 hours she expected you to return. She then called you an hour later when you didn't return in 30 minutes. Therefore he WAS ready in 3.5 hours. Your price was $85 and you left a $15 tip for her. We would have been happy to trim his belly and legs up more if you were wanting them tighter but assumed you were happy with everything with the tip left. We expect our customers to potty there pet before bringing them in as it is a liability to walk them outside. Most pets can wait 3 -4 hours unless he had a medical condition we were not aware of at checking. My groomer also cleaned him up for you after he potties. I wish you the best finding a groomer who treats him well and meets your expectations.

2/5 stars for this visit. It was our first time at Biscuit Bath and Beyond - North location in Hamilton. We have a golden retriever it was his first ever grooming. Asked for a bathing / grooming / nail clipping / grinding. Our appointment was at 10AM. Dropped him off right on time and the lady tells me it should take about 2 hours. Ok great sounds good. Well after 3 hours I don’t hear anything so I head back up there (stayed in the area because she told me only 2 hours and we live about 45 minutes away). The lady at the front says he is almost finished and has about 20-30 minutes left. Ok great no problem. I leave and run some errands again. Another hour and a half goes by before I get the call that he’s ready. So we are now at a total of 4.5 hours after I was told 2 hours originally. I pick up the dog and he looks great! They washed him and looks like they cut his paws and trimmed his nails. Didn’t get the long hairs on his belly or his back legs which was a little disappointing but not a big deal. I pay and leave. Not even half way out into the parking lot and he couldn’t hold himself he #2s all over himself in the parking lot which leads me to believe he was not taken outside AT ALL in the almost 5 hours he was in there. After he finishes he heads right for the first water puddle that he can find which makes me also believe they didn’t give him any water while he was there. I’m not one to complain and I’m sure he was not easy to deal with being his first cut but there is a level of expectation when taking care of someone’s pet while you have them in your custody. Especially when paying over $100 and tip. Basics like taking the dogs outside and making sure they have water seems like a reasonable ask. Overall the customer service was great, everyone was friendly. I wish they would communicate a more accurate timeline (and if you don’t know what time he will be done, just say that). The cut was underwhelming for the price tag. I really wanted to like this place because it was referred to me from a family member but we will not be back to this place for another grooming.
