It started out slow because I had to find a salesperson but once he came over the service was good. The individual that came to help me knew his stuff and was very friendly even after asking him so many questions.

Ordered a laptop for next day delivery, next day an email saying it wouldn't be here till Feb. First, two weeks away. Cancelled order, 4 days later laptop arrives. I'm confused, thought I cancelled. Had to go to store to return. This was not my favorite experience. Now I gotta wait 5 days for my money back. Only took them 30 seconds to take the money, but 5 days to get it back . Also I bought a laptop elsewhere meanwhile b/c I needed it the next day. So I've essentially bought 2 laptops good thing I had the money to cover it or I would've been paying overdraft fees too.

We called in to check on an almost $600 order and we wanted to make sure that they had it in stock before we bought it. They told us that they did and we bought it online only to show up for them to tell us they don’t have it and to either call Customer Service or cancel it. Customer Service was absolutely no help. This is absolutely ridiculous that businesses get away with doing stuff like this and treating customers like this. Sorry doesn’t make up for us not having a gift and having to wait 7-10 business days for our money.

They had just what I needed. Asked directions to my specific product as I came through the door. They pointed me in the right direction and had the product in stock. I was through the pay line and out the door in 5 minutes. Got my day on track super fast and I didn't need to wait several days for Amazon to ship it. SCORE!!! Definitely recommend!
