Office staff was friendly and helpful, but I've never heard professionals use the term "I don't know" so many times when talking about their work. I was told I needed a new thermostat and it turns out I didn't. I asked multiple questions as to what was wrong with the original one, and I was told both "I don't know" and "it's not compatible". I was told the technician was going to come out and look at the old thermostat and new one. The tech refused to look at the old one, told me to keep the new one or return it after it was already installed, he didn't care. I kept pressing for details, and the response I got was "this is a generation issue, your used to computers and don't think things can go wrong with them" What does that even mean? Just another way of saying "I don't know" I guess.
Good office staff, rude home technicians.

Had a small issue with my furnace leaking. It was fixed promptly after part was ordered. Fair price and friendly technician. Office had good communication throughout. I’d recommend them for any hvac issues.Service: Heating system repair

I called because my unit wasn't cooling well. HVAC guy said he cleaned the unit and topped off with coolant but the situation has progressively gotten worse since he came out. It's now 80 degrees in my house and it's 81 outside and the ac is constantly running. 420 dollar electricity bill since he came last month when it's normally 220. Literally cost more than the service in electricity.Services: A/C system repair
