DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
Within 5-7 months they will take your car and your down-payment. Theirs cars are all broken down that was told to me by the mechanic!! Please go somewhere else save yourself the trouble. They made up payments they will lie and sell you a broken car.

Don’t waste your time. Found a car I wanted, checked the car out, paid for the car in cash back in June. Car is in great shape, but almost 2 months later still have yet to get my title. Have called several times Monday-Saturday throughout the day. We have left several voicemails, no one answers and no one has yet to return our calls. Even tried to contact the salesman’s personal cell that he gave us and that number is disconnected. I have all my paperwork, still waiting on a title.

They never called me, I went to ask today about a vehicle they asked me for. 3000 down payment and 200 every 15 days, I proposed 1500 down payment and 250 weekly and she didn't even call me. Daughter. He said he had to consult with his boss. Lack of customer service. That happens here, what a shame he doesn't care about the negative comments and customers.

bought a car in April.. had to have the vvt solenoid replaced in May and now the Camshaft Position Actuator this month. Mechanic told me that the engine is full of gunk and engine is blown. Got 2 months out of the car (1,800miles). I bough this car after my car was totaled in a hit and run and PAID $7,500 FOR THIS CAR IN CASH AND NOW I HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY A NEW CAR ! Not only were all of my funds exhausted from the accident and waiting on reimbursement but they stole every last penny I had. Ive contacted attorney generals office like someone else suggested. maybe if enough people complain something can be done.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY WILL GET YOU FOR YOUR MONEY! I have the WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ever! I bought a car from here and the engine went out 2 weeks later and all they can say is “you bought as is” They sell you a car and claim that they are unable to send your title! I’ve been waiting 2 months for a title THEY PROMISED THE WOULD SEND and I still dont have it. 90% of their cars is JUNK and will go out on you! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE! Take your hard earned money else where!

Purchased a car. 4k down 2014 pathfinder With in 7 days it over heated started smoking and leaking shut off. Sales woman swears it was all good. Even showed a AAA inspection report that stated it at point of sale Needless to say that’s a scam. The car i purchased has no air conditioning and the lines are full of pressure. Needs an o2 sensor amongst a whole list of things. The mechanic i took it to said “i shouldn’t drive it” When i called her to tell her hey you said this was a good car i could hear someone telling her what to say. He jumps on the phone same day of payment and says “you’re late on the payment”. Just plain rude and ignorant. He said “if a mechanic told you not to drive it then why are you” ( i purchased the car to drive not sit as junk) They don’t speak nice after you pay them. i will be taking Ardi to small claims courts and proving they knew the car was a heap of junk
Don’t be fooled. Hold them accountable.

The owners were completely rude. Most of the vehicles had dead batteries and they hand you a jump box and tell you to start it. I'll never be back to this lot.

I financed a car from them 4 days later the car messed up I would stay away from this car dealership they have been very difficult to deal with on the situation bad Business practice if you have the same type of experience I had please contact the attorney general's office

He rated them 1 star and because it is mandatory, I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, please take care of your money. My brother bought a car and after 5 days it broke down. Be careful with these people, I tell you from the bottom of my heart.

These people are scammers. My credit is above 690. It slipped my mind to make a payment. Less than 48 hours later they repossessed the vehicle. They told me I had to pay 8,000 to get the vehicle back and 2,000 for the tow fee. I made a 50% deposit on the vehicle and only owe 3,000 on the vehicle. I pay 3 times more than the monthly requirement to pay it off faster. This dealer is a pure scam. They’re stealing deposits and reselling the vehicle. They know I’m not going to pay 10,000 to get the vehicle back. I only owe 3,000. They’ll resell it for 16,000 again and repeat the scam. Right before I paid the vehicle off they basically stole it.

Purchased a car from them put 4k down originally. I was late on my payment for 2 days, they took the car , when I called the lady was rude asked her where is my car going I can make the payment to get my car back. She said I had to giv her 7k plus 300 for the tow which when is a tow 300. Long story short. They basically take their cars back and resale them. Don’t do business with them!

This is a great place to do business. Family owned and operated.
I tell all my friends to shop there. They actually try to make the vehicles safe my SUV needed tires and they put new tires on for no extra cost.

Ripped my 19 year old niece off. She paid $6800 for a Chevy Cruise. Broke down within days of purchase. Taken to a mechanic to find parts were literally taped together.When called they basically told her to kick rocks. Will not do anything about it. Highly advised you take your hard earned money elsewhere.This poor kid worked so hard and saved money to buy a car. They are a rip off.... BAD BUSINESS ?
