I would give them negative stars if I could! They are selling bad, outdated, & DEFECTIVE batteries & NOT compensating people who work hard for their money! I purchased a battery from them that cost me over $250. The manufactured date was over a yr old. I asked if they had a newer battery & was told they did not, but the battery had a 3 yr warranty, so I didn’t think much of it. That battery died on me 14 months after I purchased it so I took it back for an exchange. This was June of 2023! The “new battery” they gave me had a manufacturing date of 10/22. This battery died on me again not even 8 MONTHS AFTER I EXCHANGED THE FIRST BAD BATTERY!!! I took this battery back & told them that it died & that it hadn’t even been a yr since I replaced the first battery that went bad before the warranty date was up that I was told. This man had the nerve to tell me he can’t swap out the battery because I had already swapped it out 8 months ago & that I would have to pay ANOTHER $250+ dollars for a new one AFTER THEY GAVE ME 2 BAD BATTERIES. Then he claimed the warranty was only 18 months & said the best he could do was give me 10% off of a “new battery”. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I work hard for my money & I don’t have money to waste on bad batteries from businesses who sell defective products! I have a special needs child that is in a wheelchair & recently had a major surgery & I need this vehicle to transport her in! I believe if I was a caucasian woman he would have given me an exchange with NO PROBLEM!! I will never buy another product from autozone again!!! This autozone needs to DO BETTER!!! They also need to HONOR what they tell hard working single mothers like myself!!!

Thank you Rachel for checking my battery and letting me know that my battery was good but my alternator was going bad. It was very cold outside but you braved the weather to go out of your way to help me and all with a smile!!!! Thank you!

I have sign up to be a member of AutoZone so I put in my username and password that is saved in your website and today I got on and signed in and it sent me to a picture of separated frame saying check all the pictures that have a bridge I know I chose correctly but in said that they didn't have that email and password I just signed up last week it repeated it self to several different things said it was wrong every time. I am frustrated at this it should only let you sign in with what you used to sign up with.

I went in and it was packed last night. I am used to standing there for ever to look for a part. Well Ashley was slamming them out the door and found my stuff fastest I've ever had! That girl is amazing and I watched her break down that line fast. I will be back to that store because of her. Keep doing what you doing girl.

Employee advised me to "shop for part on Amazon" They never try to check their computer stock, or another AutoZone
