I had an awesome experience with Dana. I arrived at 6:30 desperately looking for a car and although they closed within 30 min Dana and her staff went the extra mile to make sure that I drove home with the vehicle of my choice that day! The down payments were reasonable and my monthly payments were affordable as well! They got me in and out within an hour! I would highly recommend if your looking for a reliable vehicle!

If I could give NO STARS I would! Bought a car and the first year put $8000.00 in repairs. Was told warranty they offer was not good yet still under 24monyh and 24000 time frame. Had a time up done and they offered a payment plan for the thousand dollar tuneup that I ended up having to get another tuneup because clearly they didn’t change the plug wires and my car within a week was doing exactly what I was doing when they said I needed tuneup could not produce any proof that they actually did a tuneup. I’ve received calls from miracle that is the collections person I suppose and I’ve explained to her that I’m not even able to drive the car because again it’s not running properly and she says to me oh you can’t go to work because your car needs a tuneup no I can’t go to work because my car is not working properly because you all said that you gave me a tuneup, but you cannot provide proof it was actually done. Also during that time of service I needed an alternator (mind you I was under warranty still) and their mechanic said I did not. However I did because I had the alternator replaced prior to them taking it for the supposed tune up SND because the shop before had purchased a non factory alternator my car WAS not operating on full power YET the mechanic at Auto Express said I DID NOT NEED an alternator (again this repair is in their warranty). This started in 9/2023 it’s August 2024. They are preying on hard working people.

We walked in and Dana gave us immediate right now service. We test drove our two first choices with no time wasted! We chose car number two! We quickly turned in all our necessary documents, were approved, signed and out the door in about 1.5 hours. Great staff, amazing car selection with a team of mechanics that do thorough checks, nicely ran company, hassle free, no credit check! Best car lot experience I ever had!
