“On Saturday February 3rd around 530-6 pm I had an encounter with the most helpful, professional, kind young woman. When I say she went above and beyond in her service, that’s just what I mean! I had an important event to attend and was trying to get a quick wash and vacuum in. There were a few people who weren’t honoring the 10 min while busy rule. One gentleman was even sitting on his phone in the car. Even though she was alone she was able to politely remind the customers of the suggested time while preparing cars for the wash helping with vacuums and even helped me with my tires, which had been an issue for quite sometime. She turned my little car wash into quite a pleasant experience. And I just want to tell that young woman THANK YOU!!! You’re amazing and the company is better because you’re there.”
