“I just happened to find this place by reading other 4 & 5 star reviews somewhere else and I could find nothing bad reported. I walked in expecting to pay more than I could afford to have my refrigerator repaired. I explained the issue I had with my refrigerator to Harlan, the owner. He was so friendly and kind. He told me that I didn't need to pay him to come out to repair it. He even went step-by-step showing me on a refrigerator in the shop how I could repair it myself and even gave me some of the parts he had. He gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I had to call him twice and he answered both questions. Bottom line is I repaired the refrigerator myself and it did not cost me anything. I highly recommend this place.”

“I went in to trade a couple devices in and buy some headphones. Fredy did my trade in, and even though I entered one of my devices incorrectly online and there were some technical issues with the register he was so patient and helpful and apologetic about how long it was taking, even though it wasn't his fault. Keith checked me out and he was just as friendly and cheerful. I interacted with a couple other employees and all of them were so happy to help me and so friendly. I've been here a couple times and the employees have always been this way.
Other than the technical issues and my mistake, trading in my devices was really easy and painless. It was also easy to find what I wanted to buy and everything was very clearly labeled, plus there's enough employees around that it's always easy to find someone to help. I really like that they don't understaff like a lot of other stores do! It means a lot to me as a customer that employees are treated well.”
“I have been to The Home Depot several times in the past few weeks to purchase flowers and plumbing supplies. The older gentleman outside in the garden section was so helpful in helping me find just the right flowers for my yard. Also, Jason who works inside the store was so nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the plumbing department. I just wanted to let people know about the great employee's at the Hamilton Home Depot.”
