About a year ago the vet that had to put a stray to sleep that I brought in purposefully hurt the cat by NOT giving him a sedative first! I was so upset, I still can't get that out of my mind. The kitty first vomited and then defacated it was in so much pain and it's death was NOT painless!!! They have also been less than helpful with other strays I have brought in bc they are scared of ferals. Lastly, I had to cancel an appointment and granted it was not enough notice for them, but I thought at least I would own up to it. The receptionist makes it her job to belittle anyone that doesn't follow their rules. I called to say I had to cancel and her response to me was you're telling us now? I said yes. She said well why didn't you call us sooner? I said bc I was worried about my dog and I was able to get him in someplace else sooner. Then, she told them that vet called them, I guess to get records. So she told me oh yes, they called here. I said ok. She said well I'm going to mark you down as a no show bc we require 24 hours notice. I said ok, well what does that do to me? She wouldn't answer, just kept spanking me. I've given them tons of business. I don't think I'm going there again. I'll find someplace where the people are nicer to people, pets, and are more professional. That's the end for me with Agri-Pet. They are not nice people there! I don't think they even care about animals' pain if they don't like the person bringing them in!!!!

I want to give my most sincere thank you to doctor Teets for taking time while she was slammed to see our chihuahua who was having an allergic reaction and starting to swell up. She took the time to treat him, even though she was very busy. We will never forget her for her kindness and concern for our doggie.
