I like the location and we keep our camper here. However, you can NOT call the office or directly reach anyone. A call goes to a call center who takes your info and passes to the location. The location calls when it’s convenient for them. I have been trying to update payment for a week and can’t get anyone on the phone when I am available. Utterly crazy. I’d like to update my payment, but they call back once. Leave a message to call them. But then you’re back on a hamster wheel of the call center who leaves a message at the location who may call back the next day. If you miss this call, you have to jump back on the hamster wheel again. I was able to pick up one time, but literally in the middle of a task at an oil change, giving my keys over, and asked them to call back in 15 min because then I’d be free because I can’t call them. Think they called back? No. I’m waiting and it’s the perfect time to update payment, but I can’t call them. I waited an hour and half and NO ONE CALLED. I’m giving 2 stars because you absolutely CAN NOT TALK TO ANYONE AT THE BRANCH WITH A CALL. Hope you’re a stay at home parent with the time to sit and wait by the phone all day for the moment they call. I’m not and can’t. Going on 5 days of them not being able to get payment because I can’t actually call them directly, and they call leave a message to call them back...which goes to the call center and she very slowly spells your name and gets info , but yet doesn't transfer a call. LEARN TO TRANSFER CALLS. This is a nightmare of a hamster wheel, which is an awful ride for such an easy fix of phone systems.*Maybe an owner will read this because the bored sounding phone operator I’m positive will not pass my concerns up the chain and I’m sure she doesn’t manage these reviews.*UPDATE 10/6/23: The owner replied below WITHOUT addressing the actual issue and continued to state someone would reach out. THEY DO CALL BUT WON'T CALL WHEN I ASKED. Having spoken with a staff, while driving and my purse was in the trunk and on the highway, so I can't pull over or update payment....I literally had to share my schedule for the next two days to find a time convenient for them to call me. She said, "woah" in regards to my schedule. I explaoned I keep calling when it works for me, but then have to WAIT for someone to call back. WHY NOT TRANSFER A CALL???? Also, I carried my credit card on me for two days waiting for a call. WAITING is the key word. This is ridiculous. Also, I will NOT pay late fees due to the fact I can not call when it's convenient for me. I own a business and would NEVER do this to my customers. Get a better phone system, I use Cisco, call me and I can send you the referral info. Better yet, call my business and someone will get back in a timely manner, especially to take payments.

This business dropped the ball twice while I was visiting from out of town. I did not have my information with me to access my unit so I called at 3:30, apparently after hours and explained what I thought I needed to gain access and was assured I would be able to go into my unit. I arrived during the only time frame I had open, could not gain access, Called customer service again and was told someone would contact me immediately. This did not happen, and I had to leave without my items. I live 10 hours away, and was only in town for a 3 hour window. When I contacted the facility and told them what happened, I was assured that I would be contacted later in the week with a solution. Three weeks later, I had to contact the facility again to basically be told that it was my fault, and that there was nothing that they could do. Poor customer service to say the least. Beware storing your items here. Less than six months ago they had a flash flood and some units belongings were ruined. I still don't know if my unit was affected because I was unable to obtain access, but apparently flash floods are an issue here.Supposedly, they are going to contact me again, but I doubt I will ever hear from them. If I do, I will be more than happy to revise my review if I get any customer service.

I did a lot of research to find storage for our RV. This facility was a good price compared to others and it's close to home. Really nice staff.

Setting up my unit was very easy with the help of the person at the counter. I always found the facility locked up whenever I brought some more item to my storage unit. I left my furniture and other item in the storage unit for a year and all my stuff was OK.

I just moved here, and I needed storage. After having trouble after contacting several other places, the property manager Beth got me set up in fifteen minutes. She took the time to help me find the best unit at the most affordable price. I would strongly reccomend this storage facility. Its is clean, secure and has friendly staff.

We rented a unit recently and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Sarah walked around in the freezing cold to show me a few different units and was patient throughout the process. Prices are reasonable and the facility is secure.

I called Advantage looking for a storage unit and even though they were completely full, Sara was amazing on the phone and understanding of my situation. She was patient with me, cause at the time I was frantic and a sobbing mess. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Staff was friendly and patient even after I forgot the paperwork needed to open an account. Under the circumstances they provided a strong overview of their policies and gave me a good understanding of where my spot would be located within the facility.

This is the big scam storages in Hamilton Ohio. Why? Every time missing 1 payment, the storage will be overlocked, you will receive the Lien, your stuff will be in auction? If you try to make payment online, the system can not process, if you come to the location in business hour, you can’t find anyone. This Advantage self storage creates the trap to rip off our money. Stay away cause no working and customer service ethic in this place.

Unfortunate experience here. I hope that it was an honest mistake. I made an appointment to view an outdoor space to store a travel trailer that was going to be delivered the following week. I met the friendly and helpful Sarah who showed me the space. I told her I'd take the space. She scheduled an appointment for the following week and informed me what to bring with me when I signed the contract. When I went to the appointment the following week to sign the agreement and pay, she told me the space was no longer available and that she had rented it. Disappointing and now I'm scrambling for a place to store the camper.
