These guys are very friendly, and helpful. This store is much better than the Metro PCS store next to Subway. Moe and Tim are good guys!

Just got a new phone with a great plan, 60 $ for unlimited high speed, my friend has it and he watches movies off of Netflix all month long. They gave me a big discount too! I get all my phones here because they have great customer service..

This place is a joke!! I bought my $400 phone here get it home an it won't charge (they said its a new phone). Go back to the store the girl working gives me another charger an said its charging now. And it did, but 5 days later my phone won't charge again! I call and the store owner tells me no refunds, only exchanges and I need to go buy a new charger. So I did, 2 days later phone stops charging. I go to the store an explained everything, the owner tells me (he has an attitude in his tone of voice) everyone is having problems with their iPhone 5 chargers. He insists its not the phone. He says " I tell you what, you go buy a good charger from the Apple Store or bestbuy bring in receipt and I pay you half back". I left an bought a charger brought my receipt with me an showed him (it was a $20 charger) he shakes his head and says "no I'm not giving you any money back". I mean really?! There was a young man working also that witnessed everything, I looked at him when the owner told me that an he gave me the oh well you're S.O.L look.. Yea well I guess I am but hopefully this will be a warning for potential customers for this place!! Their a rip off, I would rate them 0 stars but I had to click on the star to write a review!
