“This place was a complete surprise when i walked in. I walked in without a mask and i was stopped right away by a employee. I expected to be asked to leave but this guy thanked me for not having one. As he said it " about time a F'ing man walked in!". I did feel uncomfortable as he followed me the entire time until i was ready to pay and leave. He then asked the cashier to check something and proceeded to tell me everything was on the house. I didnt have to pay even tho i kept offering. Right before i walked out he had the girl working flash me her perky rack. This place is 110% in my top 10.”

“A great place for Amish goods and delicious baked items. They have seasonal items like pumpkins in the fall, produce in the summer, etc. I particularly love their cheeses, and pretzels. They have donuts! A great place to find gifts as well. They have a new coffee/ice cream bar as well.”

“Great place. Decent selection. Nice staff. Could use more Vegetarian options, but I don't know how well Vegetarian and Vegan items would sell here. Maybe I would be the only one. If they had more Vegetarian and vegan options- I would go here more, and to kroger less.”

“We love coming here to get our lunchmeat and cheeses. The staff is always so nice. Sometimes it's hard to make it by 530pm for the deli. But their wonderful and you can call and place a lunchmeat order before 530pm as long as you pick it up before they close at 6pm (I'm talking weekdays, weekend hours may be different). I wish they had their lunchmeat and cheese posted on their page so ordering over the phone could be easier. I've looked everywhere and can't find it if it is posted, so making it more noticeable would be nice If that's the case.”

“In comparison to my regular Blue Ash (Hunt Rd) Kroger, this Mt. Orab store is outstanding! While I do not use the pharmacy regularly, I have never had an issue with a call ahead pick up. Deli area is well staffed and employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and great produce department. While the checkout lines can be long in the summer and close to holidays, I always use self checkout. The employees are helpful and quick to respond for issues. My favorite Kroger in greater Cincy area.”

“This Dollar general is very clean and they take precautions seriously when it comes to covid. It's always neat and organized and the associates are always very polite and helpful. And of course the prices are great”

“They have the cowtails candy in different flavors at a reasonable price. Most gas stations do not. It's a small tasty treat on the way home after a long hard day at work. They do have good tasting fountain soda. Good gas too, it's on the internet as the top twenty best brand of gas. Speedway gas has become mediocre and so has their fountain drinks.”

“Thankyou to the manager who saw I left my wallet there and he put it in the safe until I picked it up. Anyone else would not have done that. He saved my life literally! This is for the new location on rt 68 in mount orab. Much appreciative for the manager on duty today!”

“The owner of this food court is such a kind, caring individual! He genuinely loves being able to provide a great experience, and he takes pride in making sure the facility is clean, the food is good, and his customers are happy. There is a play area for the kids, which makes it a great place to go to let them get some energy out! Ice cream tops off the experience. Love it!”

“I want to recognize Two of your emplyees. Blake Holman and Ben. (last name ? ). I was wanting to purchase an item in the kitchen ware dept. These little plates or saucers were a set but had no price and they were the last ones. I had picked up a matching platter in last chance aisle. These two gentlemen were kind enough to take time out of what they were doing to help me find a price and were so polite too! I just thought they needed a little recognition and to alert you what great customer service they provided. Thank you, Gloria Cummins”

“We stopped in to get my grandma some flowers and a Starbucks pick me up. The store has a large selection, gas station, floral department and pharmacy. Lots of clothing, shoes and other household items. You can also find a very large selection of food! I would most definitely recommend it to anyone”

“Kind of mad today, picked something up from an end cap that was supposed to be 20% off..it was a LEGO item..rang up regular price. Cashier said it was because it said Lego City instead of whatever the sale sign said...well, there were all kinds of Lego City items on that shelf... why???If they are not on sale as well, do not put them with advertised items..now they just lost my business because they did something silly like that. I would much rather sell something as to lose a customer's business all together if I were them...I guess that's what I get for thinking ?”

“just went other day.had 9 people in line.shut one register down so they could dig to bottom of stack for item for some guy.he was at the opened register. Held people up.was #9 in line one item after just standing there five minutes I put back item and left.new staff, very poor service. If it keeps up like that after 5 years will take my business elsewhere.was a sad joke that day.need jay jay and her crew back.now 1-24 and I must say they are doing much better.hadnt been in awhile but they have workers again who keep things running much smoother and are happy to help.”

“I see a lot of bad reviews on here that boils down to irresponsibility on the customers part and expecting the pharmacy staff to be mind readers and automatically know what insurance is their newest one when they never mentioned if they gave the pharmacy their newest insurance information, or expecting complicated transactions to be able to be done in the drive thru (which is only for convenience) or thinking that their doctor’s office knows the pharmacy wait times, or that it’s an inconvenience to wait 30 minutes for a prescription when the pharmacy staff has to do health screenings(which should be your doctor’s responsibility) and vaccines(since doctors offices don’t want to do them or carry the proper vaccines in their office anymore) as well as their regular pharmacy duties to serve thousands of customers and being cursed out and verbally and emotionally abused by customers on an hourly basis. Sounds like many people should be more appreciative and stop acting entitled and learn to be responsible patients and know what medications they are taking and what insurance is their current ones. When a doctor sends over a generic script for “Blood glucose test strips” or Blood glucose meter” because the patient doesn’t tell the doctor which meter is their current meter, I don’t know how customers expect to get the correct product when the pharmacy isn’t notified which one they are using. Be responsible for your medications, people. It’s not pharmacy’s responsibility to do your job for you.”
