“I had delivery here. Appointment was for 8:00am and I arrived at 10:30am. I picked up late and drove almost 850 miles to get there. From Boston to Groveport, OH. Because I was late. But Yokohama didn’t made any problem because I sas late. They delivered my trailer in 30 minutes! Very good job and very good people work over there!!!

“Great service , quick unloading. They allowed me to park overnight if i wasn’t blocking anything since i had a 06:00 delivery; while i was here no one else was in the other 20ish spots. Not sure if they have a restroom as i didn’t need one. The drivers entrance is by dock one , i think it’s the SE corner of the building”
“Not the slowest but certainly not the fastest. I was able to sit in the truck while unloading. I arrived about an hour early and got right in and got a dock. It’s possible that it might factor into how fast they get to you. People arrived shortly after me and left a little before me. Could also be the guy working your dock on the inside. Or how much you have to offload. They have a bathroom which is nice. It wasn’t particular busy tho. I could see this being worse if a large lineup of trucks were trying to get in. Went decent on my day. One hour from arrival to depart”
“Friendly staff. And very fast in downloading. If you can sleep there. And there is a loves 2 miles away if you prefer. They open at 8 am. Reciving area is on the south side.”

“Really big place to load or unload. But gate fence in front. So no overnight parking. But there is Truck parking six miles away at the eldorado casino. Plenty of parking for trucks. Nice and quite. Quick to load and unload have your next load ready. That’s how quick you are unloaded. People super nice and polite.”

“I've been here a lot for ODW. As long as I show up for my appointment on time I don't have problems. Theyre very strict about them, thats the only downside. Ive shown up early and been made to wait for 3 hours before getting unloaded. The forklift drivers are fast, and most of them polite. With how often ive been here, ill bet the drivers posting negative reviews showed up way too early or way too late. The rules are simple. Slide tandems back, chock the tires, take off red brake line, wait for paperwork in cab. Go to the bathroom before being unloaded, the only one were allowed is next to the recieving office around back.”
“So I know each persons experience is different but mine was pretty good. I got to the gate about an hour before my apt and was given a door. I had my truck loaded within 30 mins. The ladies at the gate and driver office were very nice and polite. I was told the time depends on what your getting loaded and what shift. I was lucky, I hope it rubs off on my next fellow drivers! Keep up the good work American standard!”
