Carrie was absolutely amazing…took care of all my needs and without any complication or hesitation. Had went to multiple other shops and was getting a run around. Contacted Carrie and she got it done immediately. Will come here for all my work as long as she is here.

Originally went to Walmart (my first mistake) to get my spare tire off and replaced but they broke the lug nut so I was stuck with the spare on it. Made a quick trip over here and they got it all taken care of very quickly. Will be going here in the future.

Great place, we know how pricy fixing ur car can get, I like tire discounters, here I know the work will be done right. I have had many cars serviced here and knock on wood had no issues after plus they are friendly and direct, great place to take ur vehicle!!!

Had a tire blowout on a set of new continental tires only had a month tires were installed by tire discounters. Had this blow out on Memorial Day may 27th. It costed me $123.63 to get towed 1 mile to discounters lot on Hamilton rd. There tire warranty is not valid on holidays there closed or when there store is closed. There product your problem if the travel and buy a tire from them don’t drive at night or holidays. They don’t even have a roadside emergency number like reputable tire companies like Firestone or pepboys. I called them the day after the tow they said tow bill tire discounters manager said it’s not there problem and he had 3 other customers get screwed on memorial day. Tire discounters should know not all people work from 9 to 5 and do travel on holidays. Least the manager could’ve waived the 60 dollar charge for the labor after I paid a 123 dollar tow. I’ve bought over 6 full sets of tires from this store. Not knowing there no warranty for your tires if the light in the shop are off

I had an incredible experience at this location. Both Nate and Kenny were friendly and understanding of the issue I brought up. I never once felt pressured to buy anything, as they were extremely open and honest about the “urgency” of the repairs (they weren’t). Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with an automotive store!!

The Manger Kenny was wonderful in helping with my all that I needed done on having my tire repaired. He went above and beyond I will surely be back when anything needs to be done to my car.
