When ordered online the order I got was wrong last night.i went back in an showed the receipt an they acted like it was my fault.the parking lot an the bathrooms were filthy an nasty.all the trash outside were overflowing with trash..I seen some bad places but this place is filthy..

Whoever the young woman with the blonde hair at the drive thru window working 11/25 9pm is a gem. Awesome customer service and awesome energy! Got a wrap and a pizza. Order was correct and fresh

Never has any drinks stocked. Trash can are over flowing with trash in the bathrooms and at the pumps. The pumps haven’t been printing receipts as well. This is the fastest I have ever seen a gas station fall apart.

Food always comes out great and pretty fast. The only problem is how long it takes to make drinks. I think the longest I've waited was just for a smoothie and it took an hour... I even ordered ahead of time for that one lol...

If I could leave minus 5 stars, then I definately would!! This morning was the worst because the person making making the food actually became RUDE to me for not saying thank you when he gave me my COLD sandwiches that he had left sitting on the counter while he made four other orders!! I guess he forgot that a customer was actually watching how he threw my food together while he was slamming equipment around. Granted he was working alone while his co-worker wandered back and forth doing absolutely NOTHING, but that doesn't mean he had the right to take his dissatisfaction out on any customer. I will in the future go to a different location for my food and anything else I need.

Every trashcan is overflowing. Went inside for a coffee and left because it was disgusting and needed to be cleaned up. Nice new gas station and employees that don't clean up.

I have went into the Sheetz to get apple cider, and when I went to get apple cider, nothing was coming out and I had asked the lady if she was going to fill it up and she said that she was to give her a minute and I told her that I would wait until she was finished. I got my applesauce And I went to the cash register, and there was stuff on the side of my cup, and the lady pointed for me to go and get a napkin and in the area that she pointed for me to go and get a napkin to clean up after myself because she wasn’t going to check me out until it was done . There were no napkins over where she was telling me to go. And then wanted to tell me you know what you can go ahead and have it do you need cigarettes or anything. Just rude. When I was polite and patiently waiting for everything. And she’s a manager. Smdh

Ordered food and it took 25 mins and they didn't seem to care. The lady making the food was going so damn slow!!!!!

Low stock on all the shelves. Ordered some food almost all the fried food is out asked the lead casher bj he said im wrong ok. All the napkin dispensers are empty. Skip this next time

Average rate of fill is 3 PSI per pause. Trust me it matters when your tire stays on low and it would take Firestone 6 hours to figure out the problem on a rental car provided by Avis, in a program where they hold you partially responsible for repairs but don't clearly indicate which repairs your responsible for.The rest of the sheetz in the city all are about two PSI per pause except for new one at tussing or that's pickerington I think that is, that's a fast fill up, about four or five PSI per pause.

this sheetz is very dirty, at the diesel pumps the trash is over flowing every night. no window wash fluid no paper towels. inside the bathroom are dirty missing supplies. very very nasty truck stop

Here every morning , they consistently don’t restock their drinks. I don’t know why, but I hope management takes care of that. Part of my job at sheetz out west is to restock the drinks and goods.

I went into Sheetz the other morning, and the customer in front of me was an elderly guy. When the cashier asked if he had a Sheetz card, he screamed at her & asking why he would have a Sheetz card. She kept her composer & explained he can get points & money off his gas. He just kept screaming & cussing, and extremely mean spirited towards this poor cashier. I just wanted to say that NeNe ,the cashier, did a great job staying calm & professional. She needs a raise!

Ill give a five star, just please make sure people that operate the espresso machine know what they’re doing… i get my double shot espresso almost every day… maybe once or twice i had an espresso…. Every other time it was too much water… once they filled it up with hot water to the top ? espresso shot… the name says it all, a shot , short concentrated coffee ! Other than that, love sheetz, decent restroom, decent food , diesel pumps work well
