Appointment only , mine was at 0800 I arrived @ 0739 checked in with guard sent to office assigned a door @ 0752 in door @ 0800 they started unloading me as soon as I was disconnected from trailer. Done and leaving @ 0858

Unloading wasn’t bad…. But only because I was tired and wanted to take a nap! But drivers you know what happens when we’re tired and wanna take a quick nap! Everybody load and unload super fast! The one star for all the no truck signs! Why all these companies building in no truck zones? Who they think bring the freight? So use your Google truck entrance directions when you get close… use your truck gps when you first coming in… good luck and be safe!

The warehouse is right up to the street, everyone is generally very friendly, Ms. Milly is super friendly, you have to arrive at the appointment time, they don't receive you before, you run around with the guard, you turn to the right wing, to the office wing, they give you the door at the door, they let you loose. your box and you can park still next to it they will call you when it is empty

Not sure what shift it was but either 2nd or 3rd when I showed up we’re all very helpful, especially ladies in front office, and unloaded as soon as I was put in the door. I don’t give 5stars because no one is perfect.

Getting here was a bear! Driver's entrance is off of Rohr Rd. You must go past Pontius Rd and past the No Truck sign at the corner. Sharps landing is on the right and that is where the actual truck restrictions start. Once inside, fairly easy to maneuver through guard shack and office. I didn't have problems with anyone.

5/10/22 can’t complain. Took 1hr 15 min too unload. Do not come in early I repeat do not come in early. You can check in 5 min before app. The route is restricted and Garmin will not pick up. Best to use google maps. I came from I270. Exit 49. You will make a left on rohr road the loves truckstop will be on your left. Just follow it for about 3 miles. Google will get you there. Very dark at night. No overnight parking.

This place has no signs. You need know where you're going. It's better in the daytime. The empty lot is ridiculous small. 39 min can be wasted easy because you have to lap the building twice.
