I don’t recommend using their car pick up services, I’m disabled so I figured what a great service, NOT !! It was a complete nightmare. Someone in scheduling failed to do their job so I waited and waited along with making phone calls one after another to be lied to and given false names of workers and disrespected. I was just getting an inspection done on my vehicle, they came back with 8900$ worth of things wrong with it. When I asked to get some of the services done they said it would take a few days to order the parts and complete the work ! And I mean a few simple things like brakes ! Anyhow in the end the guy gave me $50 off my antifreeze flush In which was $196 without taxes . I would of done spent that towards Brakes but who wants to be without a vehicle for days !
Anyhow long story short I Highly recommend going somewhere else !!!!

I called this location to ask a question about how to take out my rear seat. The lady who answered my call said why don’t you google it. I had gooled it. Calling Nissan was my last resort. No help at all.

Recall key wasn’t replace . Cheaply fixed with a piece of plastic. I communicated this issue back in February and it’s barely being addressed now in June . Now I can’t close my key .

Bought an ariya from here a month ago. The process was so friendly and easy! Worked with Jose, who made sure I understood the car the whole time up to me taking it home.

Nissan pushed out some amazing deals for the 2023 Ariya and we walked away with a great deal. Use the "brand" Ricart website, bc the main one is kinda trash when it comes to lease offers.

Case or whatever his name is. Needs to learn to talk to people.
You can't just speak over someone the entire time and hope I still want to do business.
Also i dont know if telling me to sell my car at Germain nissan is the best sales technician I've seen used.
This place use to be soild. They ain't dealing no more.
No outreach needed. I won't be buying or selling a car at ricart.
