Got our first vehicle from Ricarts yesterday. 2026 Hyundai Palasade calligraphy. Gabrielle was our sales lady. She is phenomenal. We talked with Jadi and he got us in the door. We felt welcomed and wanted as soon as we walked in the doors. Gabrielle is definitely your hookup. She is very knowledgeable and didn't just want to make a quick sale. We will definitely be back and see her with our future purchases.

I had my 2015 Explorer towed there because of a problem with the transmission. After inspection, the tech found no problems an all. I appreciate their honesty and transparency. A shady shop could have told us anything, including a replacement transmission.
Also the promised date to look at it was 12/30. The had it in and diagnosed by 12/22.

I was very pleased with my very first maintenance appointment with richard i got checked in right away and was offered drinks and snacks by a customer representative and continually checked to make sure i was ok i will most definitely be back for my next one.

Do not get a ford whatever you do. Was sold a ford ecosport for it to end up in a mass recall car had to get repaired under warranty in January 2025 just for it to need the recall repaired which is exactly what they already fixed in January in October 2025 then after I pick the vehicle up the check engine light is on after I was told a new engine was put in at least 3 times verbally. I had my baby a month early wasn’t able to get right back in finally November I got my vehicle back just for them to say this new issue was not recall related and we had to drop 4k to fix because they also stated the rental they provided had “scratches” which I’m more then certain was from the salt with the snow we got. In January they fixed my pump oil belt I believe and the tensioner and they did the Same thing again like 8 months later? Who’s to say it won’t fail again or need repaired again? The car only had 7k left on it and we had to drop 4k it’s ridiculous the car is only giving worth 3k max so I got screwed with this vehicle and with ricart which it was purchased from them. I had a rental last time and it was perfectly fine no scratches

Always easy to get scheduled for service. Valet service if you live nearby. Fast. Affordable. Got my car detailed for the first time ever.
They did an awesome job. My rims are so shiny again. Husband and I never go elsewhere for car maintenance.
