If l could give a zero l would. They charged $3400 for the car and it’s still not fixed! What did l pay for then they wanted an additional $3200 to ATTEMPT to try and fix something else.
My sister took her car there last week charged her and it’s still not fixed.
Do NOT take your car there for ANY service.

Every time I need service, or something done. They can't do it. I have to leave early to get my tire repaired, because there busy. MY SERVICE AGREEMENT DOSNT MATTER.IWILL NEVER RECOMMEND RICART. NEVER. I WISH I BOUGHT 3 CARS FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. I WON'T EVER BUY ANOTHER CAR AT RICART.

Consistently delivers poor service, I have had service done there 4 times in the past year, and 3 of the 4 times, they have tried to charge more than was quoted.

They did nothing to find out where the mold smell was coming from! Don’t even think about a call back because you will not get one!

I have leased three F150 trucks from Ricart ford and actually purchased the third lease after it was completed. I of course always have them to do all the service work. Never, have I ever been unhappy with any part of my dealings with any employee or department at Ricart. These folks should be put on a perfect customer service poster, and used to train many of the other businesses that need lots of customer service training. Thank you Ricart Ford, you will continue to have my business ALWAYS!!!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and an alignment. Was told it wouldn't take too long, an hour or so. Brought my 2 and a half old toddler along with being 9 months pregnant, due any day. It took them 2 and a half hours to complete an oil change and alignment. Not happy with the time frame.

Scammed. I should have read the reviews first. I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic on my Ford Fiesta. I took it in and after they reviewed the vehicle, it wasn't worth it to fix the car. $4600 for an 11-year-old car doesn't make financial sense to repair. So i picked up the car, and they charged me $320. I couldn't figure out why at first.
But once I got off work, I realized they charged me TWO diagnostic charges!! Really!! 1 was to see why the check engine light was on, and the other was to see why the car shudders. If that isn't a scam, I do know what is. I took my Camry into the Toyota dealership the week prior, and they gave me a detailed list of everything that was wrong with my car for $185. They didn't piecemeal it and charge me multiple times for doing their job.
I've purchased multiple cars at Ricart over the years; I just bought my last one last year. But I think from now on I will go to Germain Toyota. Superior car company and superior repair shops. I'm always amazed at how "American" car dealerships try to exploit people.

I bought a two year old truck with only 21K miles on it. I noticed a shake in the front and the salesman told me to come back 2 days after purchase for inspection. I did and was told by salesman it was the tire tread, they couldn't do anything about it. It was pretty bad at high speeds so I personally took it to the service dept. a couple weeks later. It was out of alignment and out of balance. Service team was nice, but I had to make the calls to get the sales team to cover the cost (which shouldn't have even been an issue). It was an unnecessary burden to get a simple balance and alignment done that should've been done prior to them selling it.A new issue arose after getting the tires done (unrelated). I don't think they truly inspect their used vehicles; just like the sales team didn't truly get my tires inspected when I took it back 2 days after purchase.I've been trying to reach service department for this new issue for 2 days and they won't call back or pick up. I haven't even made my first payment yet!I told myself I wouldn't come back to Ricart after TERRIBLE Kia services in the past, but I gave them a second chance with the Ford dept. There won't be a 3rd.Do yourself a favor: shop around. If Ricart has "the one", sleep on it, test drive it again, and keep shopping around. Someone else has it, too.

A week before Christmas and suppose to be driving a few states away to family. We hear a rattling on the rear tire of a 2021 F150 we ordered with a tow package added. A 70+ k truck. Upon removing the Ford emblem the screw and washer that screws into the axel falls to the ground. Being after hours we Google the issue. Looks like it is common in the trucks with the added tow package. It also states not to drive the vehicle as this is dangerous. Called Ricart the next morning as ask to speak to a manager. Neither of the two were available and I was asked to leave a detailed message which I did with the girl who answered the phone. (She was very nice) well yes you guessed it, No one called back. So much for service !

They've had my brand new vehicle for 3 days, and no one will tell me anything. I've called over and over, left messages but can not ever speak with anyone in the survice department. I worked in the industry for years and have never been so ignored nor disrespectful ever. Kevin, who is the head of the department, won't return my call either. My car is BRAND new.
