I had years' worth of TERRIBLE experiences with CVS (specifically Rosehill and Main in Reynoldsburg location) (see my review for them!!)
I got so sick and tired of CVS, so I jumped ship and decided to check out Kroger. For some reason, I thought that I was stuck to one pharmacy and that it would he hard and inconvenient to switch.. it isn't. There is literally no downside or wait.
Anyways, I switched to Kroger about 6 or 9 months ago, and it has been nothing but good experiences. Yes, the pharmacy industry is overworked and busy, so you will have waits everywhere, but this Kroger is NOTHING compared to the CVS in mention above. You will have to cut out several hours of your day/month to plan and pick up your prescriptions at CVS (if they even have it ready) they don't answer the phone at all (some days) and they will close their drive through on Sundays. They NEVER had my prescription ready on the 30th day that I would need it. There would always be a problem, and it would cause me so much anxiety because I physically need my medication daily. I would spend hours on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone, or I would have to physically go to CVS on my lunch break and wait in line for 45 min to be able to actually speak to someone at the counter.
Every time I call Kroger, they answer pretty much right away, and they are pleasant to speak with and very helpful. They never make me feel like a bother for calling to order my prescriptions a day early so that they have it ready on the day I need it. Kinzi has helped me several times, and she is very kind and always tries to get me the best prices. I appreciate all you guys do!

This pharmacy is extremely slow. I have routinely waited for close to an hour to get up to the counter and be told my script isn't ready after receiving a text that it was. 6 people in line with 1 window open and the pharmacist is holding up the line answering a woman's questions about sports drinks... Have some awareness and ask her to step out of line so the people waiting can be helped.

I do not recommend this place if you want good service. I made it in the drive through with 5 mins to spare & once they were done helping the car in front of me they pulled the sign down & was acting like I wasn’t there. I could even see the girls hand moving under the sign. I had to run through the store to get to the pharmacy in time (I’m sick mind you & was just in the hospital for passing out) when I get there the same person is standing by the drive through window. I’m panting as I get to the counter & I tell the women she shouldn’t be in healthcare in anyway if all she cares about is getting out on time & she laughs. She’s laughs.

Worst costumer service the woman was so slow she had a line a dozen cars long, waiting at the pickup window, and took 10 to 15 minutes for each customer. When we finally got to her she tried to force us into coming inside and wait in line again! I can barely sit down let alone walk to the back of the store to wait in line once again.

The people crying about prescriptions not being ready after receiving the automated text are failing to realize the text says “we received a prescription” not “prescription filled and ready for pickup. Also, relying on your doctors electronically sent script is a joke itself, if you want fast service take a hard copy script and bring it in yourself.Sincerely, someone who couldn’t care less about waiting a day or two.*sips tea*

If you need to pick up a prescription here better go to the grocery side first and grab some food and drinks because it will be a wait. I started this a while ago thinking it would improve but it hasn't. Even the drive thru is packed and slow moving

They are great most of the time, but sometimes they seem to have some miscommunication with the doctors office and won't have a prescription ready yet.

All the Walgreens in the local area didnt have what I needed (and straight up lied at times when I called store to store). Called Groveport and they had what I needed and where amazing. Great customer service. Made sure I was taken care of and had the meds ready before closing. Kid had croup and had respiratory distress the night before.

Older lady that is normally at the drive though window is extremely rude. She told me my script wad not filled because they needed refills. I told her I had txt saying it was ready. She said "well it's not " so I got out of line, called in ,only to learn that was because the script was given a new number and it was listed 2 times due to a error.. so I had to get back in the line and wait all over... they are always super slow inside and due to medical issues I can't stand long.This week my doctor sent in breathing treatments, after 2 days of not hearing from them I called... they said it was ordered and it would be ready the next day at 3.. I called the next day and they said it would be ready "at 7" ... well its a Saturday and they close before 7. Tommorow is Easter Sunday so of course they are closed tommorow ... so I can't get a treatment that legit could keep me out of the ER. Considering moving to anouther pharmacy to avoid this messUpdate: was told my medication I have been attmtpting to get was on back order till OCTOBER (it's currently april). Then when I finally found a pharmacy that had it in stock they kept hanging up on the pharmacy calling in to move the script. I'm done with this location and plan to move all of my scripts

Ordered prescriptions two days ago via automated option, they're still not filled and no one has contacted us about them. Been on hold now for 15 minutes trying to find out what the issue is. Their customer service is terrible, oh they just hung up. Well be moving our prescriptions elsewhere. This is the worst Kroger there is.
