“Very professional agency with a friendly staff. They treat you like you are a good friend. They have a couple companies that they work with, so you can get a good rate and you can choose a lot of coverage options. My home policy had a 2% wind deductible and they gave me a quote from Erie with the same deductible as the other coverages. That 2% would be over $5000 and my normal deductible is $1000. Also they had a better car replacement coverage on my car. If my car gets totalled, I get a car 2 years newer. They explained a lot of coverage that noone ever took the time to explain.”
