Hair type: Mary is an exemptional hairdresser! My hair has always been difficult to master. Only I know the way it lays right for me. Mary listened to my quirks and accommodated them perfectly. Added bonuses were her flexibility, cheerful personality, mutual discussion topics and professionalism. Mary is so good that when she was re-assigned to a different shop further way from me, it was worth my extra time to drive to her shop.

I showed a picture her and told her how I wanted it 5 times and she still cut my hair wrong then told me I sucked at explaining it and left spots of bands spots in my hair I will NEVER EVER get my hair cut there

I’m very picky about my hair and I have to say that Mary at this salon gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. My hair grows very fast and gets really thick so I need it cut like every two weeks to keep it looking good. She has now cut it either 2 or 3 times and I will continue to visit her every couple weeks. Awesome job Mary!

I hate leaving a bad review because the lady who did my son’s hair was so nice!! I didn’t see how much his hair was messed up since she spiked it up during the cut. After his bath I see how bad it’s messed up. His bangs are so uneven he doesn’t even have bangs on the sides just the middle… 😭

Jen is the ABSOLUTE best! I have had my haircut many places since moving to the area. She always does exactly what I ask. Takes her time, showing me each step of the cut. Her and David are such nice personable people. Makes it fun to get haircuts. Only thing that could make it better is if they served me a drink😂
Requested style: I got an undercut with a shoulder length sling bob.
Hair type: My hair is super thick, course and wavy. Like a horses mane to give you an exact description 🙄

Good location and right by a Kroger and Subway. Service is great here, the lines are short and Jennifer and her crew do a really good job cutting our hair.

Will definitely be back! I have a nasty cowlick, but really wanted to try out some bangs. The stylist was very professional, and friendly! She did an amazing job with my bangs and my cowlick! Thank you so much for your patience as I was kinda stressed. I love my hair! See you next time!?Stylist: Jennifer, she did great! Reply to being mentioned in another review. It is absolutely silly to think that I was asking for a free $10 haircut. Please! Again, I was not complaining. She would not hear anything that I said beyond the fact that I was in on Sunday and the initial cut wasn't laying the way I expected. It wasn't anything the girl from Sunday did. They should have security footage and can see exactly how things happened. And I will continue to post my story and find more places to post my story just to combat ignorant statements like this. People need to be held accountable. I'm sorry she was having a bad day but I did not deserve for her to lash out at me. She should not have returned to the public if she was not ready. I did not deserve that. From either of them.I filed a report with corporate and will just continue to speak out and defend myself. And they are well aware that this is the Groveport Rd location. In Groveport Ohio beside the Kroger. I didn’t deserve it. I didn’t deserve to be called out of my name. I didn’t deserve to be yelled at. I did not deserve to be treated this way at all.I stand by my statements that these are aggressive people and in my opinion I wouldn’t send anyone vulnerable in there alone.

This place is by far one of my favorites! I love all the stylists! Jen is amazing! She’s been cutting my hair, forever now! The salon is clean, everybody is so friendly and greats everyone that walks in! It’s always so pleasant! I absolutely love going here.Reading this review below saying she was in fear for her life?!?! Get the heck out of here!! This is insane and it doesn’t sound like any of them! Sounds to me that some people just want a free service. Because all of these stylists are professional. They are very good! However, they aren’t magicians! And they cannot make miracles happen!Bottom line, I always come out of there, extremely happy and satisfied with my service. I would be afraid for the safety of anyone that I know going to this location as I was just chased out and told that it isn't worth his $14 an hour. I came in Sunday to get bangs done. Even though I have a horrible cowlick, she showed me how to blow dry it out and attempt to style it. She was sweet as can be and she did show me how to blow dry it. I had no complaints. It just wasn't laying the way we expected and she talked about framing my face in or something. It just wasn't working for me so I went back in today to see if we could get it to lay better. I explained to the girl today that I was already given the lesson on how to correct it but would really like to follow my cowlick instead. She tried several times to give me the same exact lesson, completely ignoring what I was saying and chopping away. I know hair cannot be put back. But Sunday, there was mention of additional cuts from there that might lay better. I wish she was there. After trying a few times to talk about layers and what we talked about on Sunday. She turns to her coworker and says, "My first customer, a complainer" I ignored her and was just trying to get this fixed. Then she throws her hands up in aisle says, "My first customer, such a joy" I took her cape off and walked out. Came back quickly to ask for the managers card when they both continued barking "Lady" that she is the manager and her dad was sick. They don't need this. Both yelling at me like it I sign they're paychecks. After which I was chased out of the store by the male coworker as he screamed for me to "Get out!" and it's not worth his $14 an hour. I should have gotten the girls card from Sunday but I definitely will not return especially to this location and for safety reasons. Edited to add that my hair is ridiculous now. Because she wouldn't stop and listen. She just kept chopping on my bangs and making nasty comments. She ruined my hair. Editing again to reply to a response...
