Customer service is horrible. The manager Trevor clearly doesn't care about anything. I went to desk to complain that the pharmacy entrance is locked and no signs any where stating that it is closed. I don't care what the reason for the closure. I care that as a new person to the area I parked at the pharmacy entrance to pick up my scripts. Was unable to enter through the entrance for the pharmacy. Not one sign. When I brought it to the front desk lady behind the counter talked to me like I'm stupid. Then I talked with Trevor and he was no better. All because I asked for someone to post a sign. Doesn't make me want to shop this location at all.

The customer service is outrageous!! The staff is so incredibly rude. I wouldn't suggest going there unless you like being treated badly. I had an issue, tried to talk to an employee, she spoke over me and when I asked her a question she said go to customer service they can deal with you. They leave the sale tags up so you'll think things are on sale then when they don't ring up right they say oh well that sign is old. So make sure you look at the tiny print tta says the date of the sale.

This is my neighborhood store. It's clean and well organized. The self-checkout works well and staff overseeing this area are quick and helpful. Debbie has a great disposition and very helpful. Brings a smile to your face. It can be very convenient for me but prices might be higher than competitors. Recommended

The store is cleaned and bright and it has nearly as much food and selection as a Kroger or Meijer or Bucees or Piggly Wiggly. You will generally pay about twice as much for everything here, just for reference.

I was recently there and for some reason my car keys came missing. The staff didn't care the cashier and a smirk on her face. I shop there a lot won't go back their again.

The customer service desk employee is horrible. Just tried to get a refund or store credit for an item that was bad, was told since I didn’t have my receipt or a Giant Eagle card they couldn’t even give me store credit or exchange it for the same item. Absolutely ridiculous especially when the back of my item said “100% satisfaction guarantee or double the amount back” it doesn’t say you have to have a receipt or loyalty card. Will not be shopping at Giant Eagle anymore there are plenty of other grocery stores that at least have nicer employees.

Loved it! This place has totally amazing quality and the customer service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend! HAD A GREAT TIME
