Car wash closed at 7 again. It's the same girl out back smoking instead of working. But at least she doesn't hold the bug spray button down and waste all the chemicals (which will force the price to go up eventually) like the other ones do... Shes just too lazy to bother doing that or guiding you into the tunnel. Some great but some terrible staff for an otherwise great car washing tunnel.

States on Google they close at 10pm just drove 5 miles for them to be closed. Extremely inconvenient.

Purchased a car wash gift card and pulled up to the open car wash but there is no attendant waited a bit and went into the store and was told they are to busy to process the car wash This is probably the 5th time this has happened to me. I called customer service in the Giant Eagle store and reached a manager. He told me he has never been in that Get Go. So it looks like I won't be going here much again. I would have given it a1star but most of the people who work in the store would get 6 stars

Todd is very rude !! Literally I came in to get my gas like I do every morning every time I never have a problem when anybody else do my gas on a gift card he was feeling rascist this morning & also very slow and rude knowing I had to go to work ! Didn’t give me time to even pay. Went straight for “you can go to someone else “ so I went to the sweet lady & she was very professional and nice I wasn’t able to get her name she’s always sweet! I’m talking to her while she putting my gas on a pump he’s in the back like “not today satan “ I told him got is within me and he says me to and I’m talking with the lady he continues to be unprofessional and funny when I am speaking to her being real rude and rasict ! All the way when I came inside the door when I left very much rude! I always go here but I will never again I will be going to Sheetz! You guys need to hire more professional people and not just anyone on the street with issues! He’s bout 65 being that rude tuh I would be grateful I’m alive still! Be more professional! Hire better staff! I told him I will be doing a review so Have a bless day!

AVOID. Don't go here if you live paycheck to paycheck, you'll be out your money and won't be able to get any gas. Just happened to me 4/24/23.The pumps are cancelling any prepay order, supposedly refunding your card right away.Of course, if you pay with a debit, you don't get your money back until like a week later.If you run a tight budget, this will absolutely screw you.

Carwash is closed even in middle of day pumps ask if you want a carwash then they close carwash without notice leaving you with paying money for services you can’t receive

As far as gas stations at concerned the are fine. Usually get a car wash here which is as good as any others I also shop at the store. No complaints at all.

I come here fairly regularly about once or twice a month, the store is always clean and very well stocked. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I have had hit or miss on the atm unfortunately. It's very odd sometimes it works zero issues other times does not work with my bank at all, I can't really hold them responsible for the vendors atm and network.Overall, very satisfied with the service I receive when I go into the store.

I stop here often on my way home from work. The ladies usually working evenings are always pleasant and friendly. The manager in particular is an awesome woman! She is always fast paced and super friendly. Definitely a solid choice to stop at for the essentials.

I work up the road from this location and the young man that works there ignores customers that are waiting on service, today is the third time he has been outside and ignored my business and he is also rude throwing signs around when he has to service a vehicle. Such a shame, he clearly does not like his job! I most definitely won’t be back!!!!
