Genesis of Groveport is good...the intake process & professionalism of intake staff is good and lobby area is very nice! As to the department(s) that clean vehicles and/or responsible to ensure tire pressures are good, particularly when a customer asks and it is not done, improvement is needed! Suggest after all things done, someone double checks the asks and/or inform the customer.Thank you!

We had a great experience working with Jason, our salesman. He's really first rate and on top of things. The finance department was also knowledgeable and easy to do paperwork with. So far so good. We'll see how the service department measures up at maintenence time.

I went in to have my interior ambient lighting and HDA II fixed due to both being removed with the last firmware update from Genesis. The technician stated he would have to download a new update as a fix but that it would take at least 12 hours to put on a USB drive. Due to it being a 2 hr drive for me, he and his manager agreed to have it shipped to me. Fast forward 3 wks and nothing. I called to ask about the status and was told I needed to call Genesis to get it done. I explained that I was originally told the above. The kind man then stated he tried to explain it to the case manager, Morticia but she keeps avoiding him. He then explained to me after several attempts to reach her, that she stated she is too busy to talk to me and that she would call me back. I have yet to hear anything from them. I reached out to Corporate Genesis to complain so we'll see if anything gets done.Update as of Sept 9, 2023. I received a text from Morticia stating my USB was mailed. I received it and installed it only to find out it is no different than the update the removed my features. This is so frustrating to have to continue this insanity. The gentleman who called me to try to patch things up and get my review fixed by talking to Morticia has yet to call me back after I called and left him a message of my frustration. So mow I am directly working with corporate to get this resolved. They have moved me to a different service center. This location has several issues when it comes to Genesis owners. They mix Kia, Hyundaii, and Genesis owners together under the same umbrella and waiting area. The service receptionists don't treat Genesis owners any different even though it's suppose to luxury in all settings. They also get people in and out quick whether the issues presented during scheduling may require more time. I felt rushed once they let me know they couldn't fix it in the "time allotted". I live 2 hrs away. I'm not coming back every week or two just because you allotted time that was inappropriate. They also seem to have one tech who seemed overwhelmed. I don't see how this can continue. I made sure corporate understood why I am so frustrated with this place. The one star will remain for treating me like a McDonald's Drive-thru customer.
