  If I could give fed ex a 0 I would , I ordered my grandson a toy box for Christmas on Nov 30 was supposed to be here on Dec 9 , today is the 19 and still no Toy box. I call fed ex and the call went to Philippines. And they told me the same thing I was Able to see by tracking . NEVER WOULD I SHIP WITH FED EX

  Fed ex Ground is one of the worst places to work. They treat you like absolute dog shyt unless you are buddies with the supervisors. You will be penalized for working hard. Once they see how hard you work they will expect it all the time so they don’t have to deal with the slow lazy workers.

  This place is a nightmare they never get it right. Update your damn system sometimes then we won't have to call asking where our package is. Lost a whole couch, now a bed, smh.
