Eddie Bauer is a retail chain that has hundreds of locations across the country and sells merchandise such as clothing, footwear, accessories, home linens, and outdoor gear. This location in Groveport, Ohio is their fulfillment and customer service center. This location offers more styles in more sizes than do other locations. Weeks ago, I ordered one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer and one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer Outlet. The prices were $50 and $55, which I thought was a little high but was willing to pay. Employees at this location mailed me the hoodies in separate packages. A few days later, the packages were delivered to my house. The hoodies are in the correct sizes and are a high quality. Several days ago, I placed another order from Eddie Bauer, this time for sunglasses for $41 and socks for $12. Two days later, the package was delivered to my house. The sunglasses look stylish and fit my face well. The socks are made from a thick fabric and feel comfortable.

I have been there since mid March and I have never seen a company treat it's people so badly. So much like slaves they don't pay them well or at industry standards they don't reward them for there work or give them any kind of work related perk for a job well done. Management set's unrealistic production goals and ride's them about reaching those goals. The people are kind so how they put up with this I just don't know.

Standard shipping $9.99 usually takes 7 days. Is it common that clothing is no longer individually wrapped in plastic bag before putting in shipping bag? Recent 3 purchases were all without individual bags.
