Too much drama to shop here! Manager allways back biting employees, complaining to customers about other customers and complaining to venders about other employees and customers. Avoid this place if you can! The aisles are always cluttered and seems nobody cares. Allways short staffed and allways complaining. I won't let my wife go in this store because the manage tries to drag customers into the drama and I don't want her bringing that negativity home with her.

Disability review: I need to let you all know that this is the experience for people with disabilities and there are disabilities you can see and disabilities you cannot see I do not like people standing behind me in any situation out of courtesy. No one should stand behind anyone while putting their pin number into a machine. Even more so employees allowing someone to stand behind you or come behind you mulling about you while you're putting a PIN number in? Just it triggers my anxiety a bit to have someone come from the self-checkout down to the register just as I'm putting my pin number into a machine respect other people's space. I'm not sure if this was like lost prevention dressed like a regular person because I understand y'all got to go through a lot of extremes, but some of it's just overkill. It's an excuse to give somebody a paycheck. There was absolutely no need! Furthermore, no justification! but you know it's black history month. Can you give me some space please? I was only in here for 5 minutes and purchased two things?!!!! Thank you.I happen to be a victim of trauma. And I realize that these are my disability related issues, but somebody said that in Franklin County we are going to evict people for having disabilities , we are going to let green quarters LLC evict this lady even though she has no place to go and we're going to let her be evicted over her disability.. We are going to allow disability discrimination even though it's against the federal housing act and then the legal aid society said well. We don't know how to prosecute disability discrimination, so therefore I'm outside all the time and I'm easily triggered.

This location seems to be closed more times than not and it's always extremely unorganized/messy the few times it is open.

Got here at 4pm had sign up that Sayed closed untill 5pm,so I waited than they put up sign at 5pm that says closed until 9pm.. Employees are in store just don't want to work

This place is hardly ever open when it is supposed to be. I sat and waited until 8:20am and finally left because the store still wasn't open. I watched 4 other people go up to the door and just leave, because they were tired of waiting. This was not the first time, this has happened a lot. Some days you can go and they never open at all. I'm only giving the three stars instead of the one because the employees are all really nice and polite.

Corporate needs to do something about this sto.re in Groveport Ohio. You can.t even get through most of the store from all the boxes. the staff is very friendly but they need someone to help put the stuff away.

Wasting money on a remodel. Should actually focus on keeping the store open, and keeping it clean. Remodel does not fix the root cause issues

Store was a dump! Carts in every aisle. You couldn't to the items you want! Old sale tags are still up from october! Trash on floors. Horrible it should be condemned!
