I love this location. Every time I pop in this store they greet me and offer help within the first 10 feet like clockwork. Brian in particular is the BEST! He is always so helpful with any questions I have and tonight even helped me get an item ordered for delivery because it couldn’t fit in my car! In the world of self check out, being able to walk into a store and get help from actual people that are friendly and kind is such a breath of fresh air! Amazing customer service!

People are very nice, in Person not on phone, but I called after searching for hardware (Ace “Hardware”?) didnt know what I was asking about and after detailed explanation said no we dont have it. Not hey let me see if that’s available somewhere else, online, nothing…..Just nope dont have it. I would expect this from a Columbus store but thought this one would be different but just the same as any other place, they don’t care that much. He then proceeded to say “hey why don’t you come down here and take a look”.?♂️ if I wanted to I would’ve just done that, hence the phone call. Maybe they’re having a bad day I’ve been in there and they helped me out before but whoever I talked to today didn’t care one iota if anything in the store was ever sold again. Disappointing and wont be back. Do better, asked about HARDWARE!!! Its in your name!!!!!!!
