Walgreens on Stringtown has an Asian girl working in the pharmacy. She talks about customers in the drive thru while customers wait at the counter. She was aggravated that the drive thru had questions. Then saw me standing at counter, rolled her eyes, and asked another associate to wait on me. I guess you have to hire who you have to hire. Very sad that she works with the public.

Everytime I go in early to get my prescription there closed like today they aren't open till 4pm today I'm looking for another store to get my prescription this is ridiculous

I was on hold for an hour. Rang through to the phone 4 times after "3 callers ahead of you". Someone picked up the phone and hung up the call. Now on hold again with "more than 3 callers ahead of you"... Unbelievable. I can't make it in to speak with the pharmacist, so I NEED to speak with them on the phone. This isn't the first time this has occurred. Hire more people...

Terrible service. Tried to refill prescription from out of state. They would not help. My pharmacy called and they wouldn't put him through. Try somewhere else if you can.

Continuing declining pharmacy. Drugs rarely in stock now, 30 minute lunch break should be pushed to 60 since is seems to create backlog this or staggered staffing. Inconsistent estimates of readiness time, lack of follow-through or call back. I feel bad that they are so busy but believe this is likely a corporate created situation.I just need a reliable source for medication for my kids

Photo department worker girl was not very friendly, nice, or accommodating.Also, the second time I have printed photos here and the second time I was disappointed in the quality and appearance of those photos. Lesson learned and will NOT be returning here for my photo needs.

Its great store and located on a corner so there is a traffic light for easy entry back to the interstate 71. Products are easy to find and well stocked. And the staff has always been super friendly each and every visit. Bathroom and pharmacy area has seats to wait for Rx medicine and to ask questions. I recommend this place highly!

Left bawling my eyes out because the pharmacist Manny(Emmanuel) flat out refused to help me. I have chronic migraines and need shots. My insurance told me to have them call, everything was approved for the half dose, they just need to call the help desk to work through the error. Manny refused to do that and turned me away. His options were to have a friend write a script, which I claimed was illegal, have urgent care write a script(that will cost me $200) or go to another Walgreens. I asked him what could another Walgreens do different than him? He just didn't want to help out someone sick. Mind you, there was no line. He just didn't want to call the help desk to get me my medication to help me rid my pain. I spent all day on the phone at work trying to get this medication. I'm so heartbroken. How can you have no empathy for someone in pain and do something so simple? I would understand if there was a line and it was busy. I would have waited. You should re-look at your profession Manny. Giving illegal advice and turning away women in pain. I've been going to Walgreen for 15 years and this was just opposite of what I experience. I normally turn my friends away from other pharmacies to go to Walgreens.

This pharmacy is awful when it comes to trying to reach anyone by phone! They put you on hold over and over without saying a word, then after you've been holding for 20 minutes the call just ends! Has happened to me too many times to count and I feel like this is so unprofessional and rude

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are constantly creating issues with medications that are on automatic refill and close randomly for seemingly no reason. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The worst pharmacy. Every time I come to pick up my order it's delayed for some reason or another. When you have medications you need and they're constantly being delayed by hours or days, it's miserable. Will be finding a new pharmacy
