This pharmacy was once a fantastic pharmacy, but post covid they have had significant issues. Medications are not in stock as often as they were previously, there are often meds that are "Delayed" for one reason or another, usually cleared up with a phone call, and just somebody putting eyes on it for a moment, if you can reach them. Often, they hang up on the people (or at leas hang up on me) that have been on hold for extended periods. When I speak with staff, who always seem friendly, they suggest I come in. And yes, the 30 minute drive from my house to my pharmacy (the closest Walgreens to me), usually takes care of it, but is an hour and a half I should not have to spend. I have always loved Walgreens, but am going to look at other options moving forward. Perhaps mail order...

The absolute worst pharmacy I've dealt with in my 68 years on this planet. A google search yields pages reports of employee walkouts due to working conditions. It certainly shows at this store.
