lost many of my packages. had a family member ship a SMALL package for me that should have been shipped first class which costs $4-5. they sent it as USPS ground services and charged $14 for a small package

fed up of my mail continually getting delivered to my neighbors. no phone number to call when things get misdelivered and the 800 number almost seems purposefully designed to anger you into rage quitting. where the heck is my package they claim they delivered? hell if I'll ever find out

This is the only post office in the Columbus area that when mailing overnight packages, the package will be delivered on time. Cut off time is 5pm for overnight delivery (post office is open till 6pm). Sometimes there is a long line and only 2 people working, but those 2 people are very friendly.

I've been on the phone trying to call them for like 30 minutes and the only thing it says is, "Press 2 for our privacy policy, and no option for just calling the stupid building. I have a $2000 laptop with a battery in it that my grandpa bought me that needs shipped from the US to Germany and they website says that if it's installed correctly and not damaged at all then they will ship battery's, but when my grandpa went to the store with the laptop they said they won't ship it, even though they ship stuff from china to the US all the time. Just find something else.

This is the best post office in GC in my opinion, I run an online shop so I’m here almost daily shipping out stuff and the staff is always so nice and helpful. If there is a line it goes by quickly. Thanks for all your guys’ help :-)

How can they GIVE MY PACKAGE to anyone without showing an ID? Are you kidding me! Where do they find their employees from? I would think being able to read would be a requirement.
