Another day another missing USPS package. Package worth $151 came up as delivered on 9/3/2024 with nothing delivered now after inquiry request comes up as undeliverable. No package and out $151. I would also like to point out I have 2 front porch cameras that were never triggered. Update the package was delivered on 9/5/2024 but you should not have to go through all the stress of false tracking information the item probably would have gone missing if it wasn't for me spending almost an hour on the phone requesting a inquiry into the package location. I would say a half hour on the phone was spent trying to talk to a live person because the automated system is useless.
Says they could not deliver item I have been home all day and there is nothing in the way of my mail box. I would also like to point out had packages come up missing before that stated it was at the post office for pick up they had a photo copy of the package but no package. I don't know whats worse porch Pirates or USPS employees.

So many problems. So. Many. Problems. Packages to wrong addresses (blessed to have good neighbors). Packages they choose not to deliver, so I have to pick them up. Packages bent, torn, and shoved into a box instead of putting it on the porch. Mail marked Delivered but then they bring it when they feel like it (why isn't this illegal?). USPS is right up there with the mafia and cartels for corrupt organizations, the only difference is that it's government sponsored.

Worst post office in Ohio. Won’t even attempt to deliver packages. I have to waste my time and gas to go pick them up. It’s been going on for years. Absolute trash bottom of the barrel service. Place deserves to be shut down.

Terrible place. How dare they call themselves a post office. They admitted to losing my package after sending it to the wrong address. And then after I made the claim, they rejected it, And lied to USPS saying they dropped it off. I'm still going through the issue with them, because they refuse to atleast give me back my money.

This place is the worst on 2 separate occasions my package had not been delivered and i ordered something on the fourth it said delivered but not here then its ready for pickup at the dartmoor location but i called and they said it isn't there and it went out for redelivery yesterday but nothing was delivered no even today when they came around 1:00 t say pm. And why does it say temporarily closed but someone still answered the phone

Expecting a registered mail with signature required, the driver dropped it in the mailbox. I don't know how this place operates with so many bad reviews people should be fired.

So frustrating. Receive packages just fine from UPS, fedex and Amazon. Every time I see that the USPS is “delivering” a package I can guarantee that I will never see it. Waiting on my daughter’s school shoes and like always my delivery status says I picked it up at the post office even though it was loaded on the usps truck for delivery this morning. I cannot believe this place is still in business.

Wow, what can I say about my experience with the Grove City postal service that hasn't already been said by other reviewers. This postal service here needs to be shut down. I've had 2 packages sent from EBAY in 1 week but 2 separate days. Both packages are lost. I'm here in on travel for my job and had both packages sent to my hotel with specific instructions to leave at the front desk. My 1st package the tracking indicated delivered to my mailbox. My hotel doesn't have a mailbox...(1st lie).2 days later, my 2nd package was also to be left at the front desk. Tracking shows it was out for delivery that morning. By 3pm, the tracking shows it was picked up. How the he'll can it be out for delivery on the truck but then picked up at the facility as well. Needless-to-say, both of my packages are lost and Grove City USPS has no clue as to where they are. Then they lie and say we don't know who delivered it. I gave you the day, time and tracking #. You still don't know? You guys are the WORSE in the nation. I wish I could give you guys zero stars.

Have been constantly losing my packages, have also been checking packages as 'delivered' when they're not actually delivered. Office hours are horrendous, hardly open during weekends at all and only til 3pm during the week.

Worst postal service I’ve ever had. Won’t deliver packages, so you have to go pick them up in between their comically small hours of operation.

Your substitute mailman said he didn't have my package, drives back 5 minutes later, leaving my empty package on my doorstep. Worst post office EVER!! FIND MY GOODS!!!

I have things delivered to my house all the time with FedEx and UPS or Amazon never have a problem they deliver the package right to the door but when it is sent by USPS they send it back. Why? Because these mailmen are too lazy to get out of their little trucks and walk 10 steps to my front door and put it on the porch. This is also way I have a PO Box at another post office. One day they won’t have a job and wonder why. Just do your jobs. Oh and don’t try to call they NEVER ask the phone. Thanks.

I’ve had so many problems with them lately the most recent is “no access to delivery point” mailbox is on the street that they deliver to no vehicles in driveway nothing blocking the porch almost all the employees have become extremely lazy this is the reason when I can I pay more for ups or fedex delivery

Usps the worst mail service in America they should be paid minimum wage for the service they provide and what’s so sad 90 percent of their packages are less than 5lbs and they still can’t get it right
