Every time I go into this store multiple people ask me multiple times if I need help finding anything. As if I’m going to steal. I’m not trust me. One time the general manager Kelsi Clower followed me around the store making me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. He kept looking at me as I picked up things, if it wasn’t for his shoulders being very big, and very wide, very large and extra in charge, I’m sure he would have been in the aisle with me. As a black woman, I never thought I would
have this experience. I’ve talked to numerous women of color who have had a similar experience at this Ulta. This company in general needs to do better, for this is not a singular experience.

Yesterday I was at Ulta beauty on Stringtown Road trying to find some make up for this old face of mine. I haven’t worn make up for some time and I thought I would give it a try again.
Anyway, I wanted to call out Logan at Ulta beauty at Stringtown Road for being so sweet and kind and helpful in finding make up for me. I tend to be a pretty blunt and rambling person, but she was so patient with me and sweet and found things that would complement my fair skin. It just so happens that she has a similar complexion to my own although much younger. She does her make up beautifully so I was able to use her face as a way to help her to help me find the right colors in regards to eyebrow color and foundation and lip color and cheek color, etc. that would compliment me.
Anyway, the only reason that I am writing this review is because of Logan. When I need more help with my make up, I will definitely drive out of my way to go to that specific Ulta location to have Logan help me find make up. Thanks, Logan.

I went in to get some skin care items from Tula. Usually, I order online from Tula but I ended up running out & wanted to get the items that day.
My app wasn’t loading so when I went up to checkout I asked the cashier if there were any offers available she could scan because my app wasn’t working & as my purchase was well over $100 dollars I thought before I came I saw a $3 or $5 dollar off, she said no. I checked once I got home & there is a $10 off 50 offer right on the app.
What a helpful cashier! Lol. I will stick to ordering from Tula or I checked and I now know Sephora also carries Tula in store if I need better customer service in store.

DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THEM.
They took the money out on the 11th. I checked 2 days later, the balance was 0. Called to cancel, the lady on the phone never mentioned how there was a 2$ interest fee, (because there wasn't a balance on there. I checked the acct before hand.) Got an email 14 days after my credit card was cancelled saying I owed 2$ interest charge. How? The balance was $0 14 days ago. I cancelled it right after. No way you're gonna try to charge me an interest fee on a CANCELLED credit card with a balance of $0 that was paid in full.

Our experience was great because of the woman working there. I go in to ulta with low expectations, they have plenty of makeup options and that’s what I m looking for. This time the woman who helped me and my daughters was so kind, so helpful and so fun. You could tell she really loved what she does! The woman at the checkout were amazing also! With shopping online so convenient I usually hate going in to stores. The customer service and experience from the ladies at this Ulta was impressive. Thank you!

I have found my new stylist (after 25 years of searching). I am so pleased with Emily in the hair department and can't recommend her enough ! She gets me at the first appointment. Huge shout-out to her.

My fiance went to get her hair cut & dyed today. It took up our whole day just to get it done. They had her see someone who was inexperienced & basically took the 1st hour chopping at her hair until another stylist had to take over. Took our whole day & to top it off the color wasn't right. We showed them the color she wanted & they did what they wanted. Didn't even take money off for our terrible experience/time we spent there when we had other things to get done today! 1st time & last time we will be there.

I went in at the beginning of the New Year to get a fresh new restock of make up and skin care products. Katie, Logan, and Velia spent hours with me making sure I got the right products for me and my skin. I am so happy with my purchases and I am extremely thankful for the time they spent making sure I got all the right products. Amazing atmosphere, hospitality, vibes, and all I’ll definitely be coming back in for all my future purchases and skin care needs! Thank you so much again ?

This is my favorite Ulta location. The store is always very clean and well put together. And I can always find what I'm looking for...and usually much more! The employees are all so nice and helpful which you don't find many places anymore. The manager with short blond hair, I wish I could remember her name but I don't, but she is absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. There is such a great selection of products too in every price range!
