Horrible place
Never going there again.
I went in for a slow leak and came out with every light turned on in my car and the power button no longer shuts my car off.. And they expect me to bring my car back to them to get resolved. I dont want them to put air in my tire .I will be taking my car to Acura and after that I will be contacting a lawyer if I have to pay for anything that they caused wrong with my car

Tire Discounters went above and beyond to accommodate a tire change when I needed it in a pinch! The customer service was impecable. Zach offered me the best deal and options for me, and was quick and efficient in his work.

5 stars today to Zac the GM. He was very nice. He personally went back and rotated my tires when they didn't do them.(had not done them last time) He also gave me my oil change for free. He was very busy but stay polite and nice to everyone. I hope he stays there for awhile

When I got an oil change they refused to rotate my tires and said I needed 4 new tires. I said no because I new my tires were fine. Since then I drove 14,000 more miles on my tires. They just tried to get more money from me.

Misinformation :: They said I suppose to get a $110 mail in rebate, but unfortunately, Continental didn't accept it they said these tire are not eligible, and I am not happy about it they suppose to tell me upfront if these tire are eligible or not wasted my time on it. I'm not happy about it and will never go back to them not recommended.

Sam noticed a simple fix for the exhause system in one of our fleet vehicles during a routine oil change. One call to get approval for the repair and this is the QUIETEST this vehicle has ever been. Going to the extra effort during routine maintenance was so appreciated. Thanks again, Sam.

Will, the store manager went far beyond his customer service today! I said I had lost a car fob in the car & searched everywhere! Will asked if he could help. He could see the cup holder had a break in it enough that the key fob may have slide down. Sure enough, it was there! Will spent 10 mins digging the key out . So grateful that he spent time to look for it & get it out so that I could now lock my car. Can’t say enough for Will’s kindness and willingness to go over the top to help his customer. Thank you again Will!!

Will Randolph was just wonderful. We had a flat on the highway and he had to take my husband to a Mercedes dealership 30 minutes away to get a lug nut key at the end of the day in heavy traffic. He couldn’t have been more gracious to people that were just passing through! Ten stars!

Love this Tire Discounters. They never overcharge or rack up fake services. I went in for break pads and they were actually honest about only needing the back set. Got an oil change, and replaced some tires. Reasonable bill in the end for all they did. I told them I could leave the car for a couple days but they had in all done in 4 hours. Great service!
