“Yaser and Abraham ordered me a pair of new 235/75/15 BF GOODRICH ALL- TERRAIN KO2 . Came in on Sunday around noon to talk with these guys, very friendly and professional, showed me upfront pricing and did not overcharge at all in my opinion. These BRAND NEW tires came in Monday morning. Got these quicker than any other place in the CITY. Other shops were going to have me wait 1 week. Simply needed to be on the road ASAP AND THEY UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Hit these mounted onto my runs in no time!!!”

“Very happy with Discount Tire in Grove City. Dealt with the store manager personally, whose name is Skyler. Very nice gentleman. Got me in very quickly, the same day I called. They were ready for me at the appointment time, and got me out the door in less than 1 hour, with a military discount to boot. All done while they were busy with many other customers. Reasonably priced tires that included installation and hazard warranty and all the assorted fees that other places all charge way more for... especially when compared to many others I shopped first... And... I love dealing with nice people who keep their word. I recommend asking for Skyler, and going to this Discount Tire location in Grove City. I used to not get the tire hazard warranty... But I have learned that Columbus streets will sometimes make a mess of our tires. ???”

“Excellent, friendly, and professional service. I never had much of a wait here. Never had a problem with the tires or valve stems and they send you out with your tire pressure like it's supposed to be. If you have auto inflaters might want to double check them as they can come loose in the process. Nice little diner right next door too.”
“This shop has honestly been a blessing during a really stressful stretch for me. My car wouldn’t start, and after changing the alternator and the starter, it was still dead. I ended up towing it to Acura for diagnostic testing, and they told me the issue was caused by an aftermarket starter. So I had it towed back home, pulled out the brand-new starter, replaced it with an OEM one from the junkyard, and it fired right up.
But the next day, same problem. No start.
At that point I had it towed to Complete Auto Repair, explained everything, and the owner immediately suspected an electrical issue. They kept my vehicle over the weekend just to be absolutely sure, and he couldn’t have handled it better. He communicated with me every step of the way, was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful.
I’m really grateful for small businesses that show up for their customers the way they did. Their service made a huge difference at a time when I really needed it.
I can’t recommend this shop enough! Spend your money with businesses that make a difference instead of big corporations that already have billions. I will never take my vehicle to another repair shop. Take the chance & I promise you won’t regret it ??”

“They were very kind, polite, and respectful every time I spoke with one of the employees- including the manager in person and the car techs over the phone. The were honest and presented every repair option with a need/explanation, which I greatly appreciated. They helped me understand what needed repaired in my vehicle, why, and exactly how much it would cost. They also indicated what repairs were necessary and which ones were suggested as options and those encouraged by the manufacturer. Finally, I liked how all paperwork/work orders/payment receipt was emailed to me, allowing me to read through everything thoroughly and save the docs online for future reference. Thanks!”
