Great experience at the Grove City store. Everyone I encountered was helpful and courteous. They understand what good customer service looks like. I love my new office chair!!!

Great experience here printing. Paper stock and color are great. I print a lot for work and Staples has better color and paper stock than Kinkos in my opinion. Abby who works the print area was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended

I had an issue with an online print order I made. I brought it back into the store to have it fixed. The woman behind the print counter took care of me. Great customer service!

The copy & print center was so much better before... the ladies in there now, don't give you options at all, and just want you to go do everything online. Sometimes, you need some advice and actual customer service. I used to love this store because I could find that here, but not anymore.

This used to be the best Staples store for customer service and cleanliness. The previous staff is no longer there and they were the best. I walked around this store for approximately 20 minutes. I was not greeted when I walked in and there were 2 employees at the service desk and two at print and no one acknowledged me. There were things in all the wrong spots and it looked like a train wreck.

Went to pick up my completed files 15 minutes before they closed and the files were completed incorrect for the 3x.Ryan who was working closing hours @ 5:45/6:00pm, April 29 did not want to rectify or assist me since it was 15 minutes before closing and appeared to be disengaged from our conversation. Wouldn’t even look me in the eye when I was speaking to him acted like I was a waste of his time and he wanted to leave.A manager then had to come over and try to assist me to rectify the situation, which would have been an easy task to rectify as you should do working in the “printing dept”, that’s if you cared enough to do so.If you can’t work with people, then don’t work in the Customer Service industry, it would be more beneficial to customers to put yourself behind a desk in a cubicle.Customers are important and we pay for our product. If you don’t deliver the product properly, then you need to understand the appropriate ways to deal with the situation and “listen” to the customer!
