Don’t have any phones. They’ll tell you to come back when shipment arrives. You come back and they say come back later. Not like you can call before you go so you don’t waste time and gas. Very unprofessional

This store has roaches went in today to get my grandmas phone fixed and my phone looked at for the constant poor connection and a baby roach came out from under a sign on the table and their was another one there to that was also a baby we told them they got roaches and he didn’t act supirsed at all instead he tried to say it’s from people bringing in equipment and didn’t even kill the baby roaches just left them and handed me my phone back 🤦🏽♀️

They lady that helped me was polite and nice, but the guy that was also there was short and rude to a older couple who was nothing but polite to him. He acted like he had better things to do than talk to them.

This store allowed my ex-wife who had not been an authorized user on the account for more than a year to finance a phone and add the line to my account.
In order to remove this i had to spend several hours on the phone and open a fraud claim. I did not want to open the fraud claim but that was the only way to remove the nearly $1300 phone from my account.

Young yt man very rude and nasty to customers I asked how many employees were working and he was very distasteful with his response I’ll never be back to spectrum the bill is entirely too high and all I wanted to do was return equipment. Here’s some advice hire more employees that are willing to help not give attitude

There phone customer service techs are very rude and unhelpful. When you want to cancel your services, make sure you have at least four hours to do so and while doing so, being treated as if your are beneath them. You can not cancel by website, app, inside store! The only way is to go through their phone techs who enjoy making your day long and stressful!

Kiana was GREAT = friendly and knowledgeable! Came in frustrated with old provider and she got me signed up with a great deal with a tech scheduled for same day installation in 2 hours. She ROCKS!!!

This store is CLOSED!! I am new to the area and am in need of internet, made an appointment online for today (7/15/24)
And get there to a sign on the door that says closed due to technological issues until further notice!
Why are they allowing people to make appointments online for in store when it’s closed? So frustrating! An elderly woman was there at the same time wanting service, shame on Spectrum for misleading people and making an elderly woman get all the way there to find out it’s closed.

I came to the store to be attended and they were closing at 6:00pm. You didn’t update the hours in the internet, where it shows Monday-Friday: 10:00am - 8:00pm. I’m very disappointed with the treatment we received.

There's only ONE person working and I've had to wait for 1 hour just to get new equipment because it has been going out for 3 months and people have been out to my home to five and nothing has been solved

The employees here know what they're doing.
Very knowledgeable, Friendly, Patient and they truly look out for customers. We've switched 6 lines over the last year and had a different employee assist with the transfer Noah, Kiana, Moses,Daniel, and the 2 other ladies are always smiling and willing to help with any questions their colleagues have.
Keep up the great work Grove City team.
