The first day I had my appointment I waited 4 hours and she never showed up.The next day I called and she was there.When I sat in the chair she was on the phone and texting throughout my entire Appointment.After she finished Blow drying my hair I continually told her it was not Dry enough!She didn't even finish drying it.I had to come home and finish drying it Myself and that was the Main reason I went to get it done because I couldn't do it Myself!!She did not clip my ends correctly , I have to get it done again.She was so Anxious to close at 2:30 p.m. when she was not supposed to close until 5.p.m.Very UnprofessionalHighly Disappointed ? and Dissatisfied!!Service: Hairstyling

Showed up at 5pm. Says they close up at 6pm. Lights off, gates closed.

If there was 0 stars I would of selected it! My 80 year old grandma had an appointment for today at 11am to get a simple perm and cut. She sat there for over an hour waiting for someone to show up to open the salon. Very bad business and of course no one answers at corporate either!

it doesn't get any better than Justin! Since I've moved to grove city he has been the one cutting my hair and never fails to amaze me! I highly recommend Justin!
