Upon entering store I have noticed since my last visit it appears much different. Only 1 shoe present for viewing and a much lack luster inventory than before. Upon finding shoes I'm willing to purchase I took them to get paired. I received a adidas in a kswiss box that were mixmatched. Two similar shoes that were not infact pairs. I drove back to the store where they offered to replace that shoe mistakenly paired and blamed the new employee for incompetence. when asking for compensation that stated they could not. This place has gone down hill and seems I will be finding a better store in the future

Found a pair of rose gold crocs (the last pair) marked down to $19.97. Manager would not sell them to me at that price since it wasn't marked down in their system. If you have something marked down in the store, that isn’t the customers fault. The price should have been utilized.

I recently had a true heel emergency for my emotional wreck of a teen (homecoming) ?.. Miranda was there with her outstanding support. She showed us so much more help and suggestions than anyone I've been to in years! I can't speak for the entire Shoe Dept. staff, but if anyone is even half as wonderful as Miranda was, you're truly in good hands.. not to mention walking out in great shoes! ?
