They are by appointment but my appointment is 8 am to 3 pm, they said your delivery appointment is tomorrow, but they accept my load same day. I did check in 7 am, I got call 7:30 empty 8 am.”
“I have used public storage for years, and I can't give enough credit to a few special Property Managers who just go above and beyond for customers everyday and are the true heart of the company! My first experience with a PM was Amy. Wow, I've never met a harder worker, yet the best customer service, someone who truly cares about every single customer. That is so rare especially these days! Sadly Amy left the Property to another, I never expected to get another PM just as equally amazing! Valerie is awesome, same work ethics and cares! Honestly these 2 people are the face of the company and why I have stayed and come back! Public Storage why aren't these 2 people moved up yet!?!? Companies these days lack a lot in employees but these two Property Managers are your gems! Better hold onto them!”

“So far, so good! Recently had our pack rat storage unit dropped off. The driver, Louis, was very friendly and timely. Haven’t moved the unit to our next home just yet but so far, so good! You simply cannot beat the price.
Only complaint so far is regarding customer service — wait times are ridiculous. Always between 30-60 minutes. Be great if they had an online chat or email forum where you could get easy and quick answers regarding your schedule since everything is so up in the air with times. Unless you pay $50 for AM or PM.”

“I never thought I would ever need a storage unit, but for a brief time of moving, I do! I called another place and they wanted me to bring in my homeowners insurance policy and pay for a lock, etc. RHS was much easier to work with and cost less too. The gate always works fine when I go, and I feel safe going to the unit by myself.”

Sam took the time to walk us through everything and went above and beyond expectations to help my fiance and I. We now have 3 units at this facility and will continue to rent here, solely because of Sam. He is very professional and just all around awesome!”
