Via in loft #9 does my hair all the time and they’re amazing! 10/10 super safe space for literally anyone! They work with a lot of different hair types and textures which is nice for my coarse, curly hair. Also adding the fact that my hair doesn’t hold dye OR BLEACH and they managed to get my hair GREEN!! Like come on why haven’t i gone there sooner!?

Jaden and Via transformed my box dyed black hair to magnificent sunset locks! They are both lovely, creative, professional individuals that know their hair stuff. I would highly recommend their skills at Dye Hard salon, loft 9, to anyone in need of a safe space for alternative hair looks.

The absolute WORST experience anyone should never pay for. This person "Jay" was the most argumentative, inappropriate "professional" I have ever witnessed work. She accused my mom of "blocking her" and cancelled her appointment, rescheduled her and then literally stopped working on my mom in the middle of a lift, leaving the top unprocessed as she cut another clients hair... My mom asked her if that was a normal experience because she had never had a stylist do that in the past and this lady had the audacity to sit there and argue with my mother and told her that she didn't have the right to asked her that in front of another client and again accused my mother of blocking her and justifying cancelling the original appointment and then threatened to charge for half of the appointment that she cancelled in the instance that my mom didn't show of for the rescheule. My mother asked her if it was supposed to be so light in comparison to the other highlights, and she said "I do things differently". She sent my aging mother home with wet hair and my mom stated that she had never been sent home without the hair being dry and the woman refused and told her that, "that is extra"... This was the most disgusting customer service and lack of professionalism that I have ever witnessed in my entire life. I am appalled. The woman was shockingly argumentative and inappropriate, I was afraid to leave my mother unsupervised. Its sad that this is the way that young people treat their elders.

My stylist was JENNA in loft 10 . She ruined my hair. Literally fried it and is breaking off. left it extremely blotchy and just seemed very rushed. I paid as I am not usually a complainer, but when I got home I realized how bad it was and how blotchy she left it. I texted her about it and no response. Very unprofessional. If I could give her 0 star rating I would. Now my hair is ruined and I have to spend more to get it fixed and some want back to being healthy since she fried it .

Via in loft nine at dye hard salon is everything I’ve ever looked for in a hair stylist. They worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and was so patient if I decided to change a little something as we went to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely recommend.

Jess in loft 20 is hands down the best hairdresser I have ever gone to. I am very anxious when it comes to people doing my hair but with her, I am very relaxed like I am having a friend do my hair. She has been my go to for when I need to get my hair done for a little over a year now (I think) and I won't be going to anyone else.
On top of hair services, she also does eyebrow wax & tint, chin wax, lip waxing, and deep conditioning treatments. I actually let her wax my eyebrows for the first time yesterday and she was very reassuring about my worries of it hurting.

First-time customer here and it was decent. A little confusing to find the entrance and figuring out where to go once inside took a second. I understand the concept, but they could benefit from a greeter at the entry to help people like me.
