We needed some work done after getting into an accident. All of the repairs were done well and in a timely manner. What really gives this shop 5 stars is the receptionist- every time we called she was so kind and patient. She was accommodating to our vehicle pickup needs. Very impressed with the service!

I needed some work done after hitting a deer. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable, giving me different options and going over the pros / cons of each. He was communicative throughout the time my car was at the shop so I knew what was going on. Very happy with the work upon picking up my car; highly recommend!

Took a month longer than originally estimated, didn't communicate with me at all, and every time I went to pick it up there was something else broken. Released the car to me with multiple safety issues. Put on a used door from a different model car then tried to get me to pay for the issues it caused. For some reason there were parts installed on the incorrect side. Had to send it to a dealership where it took them 2 weeks to fix all the issues from Rieser, and the tech said "it was like pulling teeth". They also found my impact sensor sitting on the passenger seat. Wouldn't trust these people to fix a bicycle, let alone a car. Highly recommend others to look elsewhere.

Took my car to these guys about a year ago where someone backed into me causing a dent in my fender and headlight to be cracked. Upon dropping the car off to be worked on, I made sure to inform the staff the car was brand new and was also ceramic coated and that I would appreciate if they were very diligent with their work. Before I even got the car back, there were multiple communication issues in terms of when the car would be ready for me to pick up, resulting in two different trips to their shop when the car was still being worked on. Once I was able to finally get my car back, the interior looked like it was used to work on a construction site. The door was removed during this process and now every time I roll my passenger side window up or down it sounds like a flat sheet of ice being thrown on the ground. When traveling at highway speeds there is a loud whistling noise which I can only assume is from the major fitment issue where a large gap occurs between the hood and the front bumper on the passenger side. Lastly the black trim next to the window is full of swirl marks and scratches that were most certainly not there before. If you have a damaged vehicle and are thinking about using Rieser's, I'd highly suggest you reconsider.

Andrew and his staff did an awesome repair. I worked at Honda for over 30 years and I will say their quality was excellent. To be truthful I did take it back to redo a couple of items but nothing big and they corrected it with no problem. It did take me almost a month to get my Honda CRV in but it was well worth the wait. The staff was very professional from Andrew to Tyler and Jacob. They communicated very well with the status of my car. Very highly recommended!
