Worst moving experience EVER!!!! I won’t ever use Pods again. The driver didn’t call prior to initial pod pick up. Loaders didn’t properly stack my boxes and furniture. Sevice agents were so callous when I brought up negative feedback/experiences.

The PODS unit worked well for me. It was delivered on time, I loaded some of it, but had a local crew help with the heavy furniture. It was delivered to the driveway of my new house and the guys contracted through Hire-A-Helper did a great job of unloading and placing everything for us.

Brewster in Columbus is the man!!!!! Brewster went above & beyond to ensure the mistake that was made with getting me the wrong size Pod was corrected & re-delivered the same day, avoiding me delays in packing the Pod & shipped out of town on schedule.
