I used pods because I was told they could deliver the pod anywhere. I was between houses and didn’t want to hire movers/rent a uhual twice so I put everything in a pod and thought they could then deliver it to my new house. Turns out they’ll use any excuse to not deliver a pod so I spent way more money than necessary just for storage. Additionally, there were multiple times I was sent incorrect info via text and email stating my pod was being picked up when I hadn’t scheduled it yet and I then had to call to confirm this wasn’t the case. Terrible experience and I won’t be using them again.

I can not recommend PODS enough. The amount of care their staff had to take care of us was incredible. My friends and I were moving from one campus home to another and that proved to have issues as space is limited down town. However, PODS worked with us to make sure that we were not only taken care of to the highest degree possible, but reassuring throughout the process.

PODS was great! Our driver for all parts of our experience was Alex and Alex was AMAZING! Very professional and kind and GREAT at driving his truck and moving the POD with PODZilla. I highly recommend PODs and Alex.

I hired PODS to move me across the country. The representative and several different representatives of this company provided me with fraudulent claims that they would be able to delivery to the storage unit. I spoke with the storage unit and they stated that they have has PODS delivered to their location and there was plenty of space for them to delivery the POD. I called the day before to confirm everything and they stated that it would be delivered to the storage unit. I received a call the day the POD was to be delivered at 0630 and the driver refused to deliver it to a storage unit due to "risk of vandalism to the POD" and I needed to have the POD delivered elsewhere. I would have never hired them if they did not delivery to the storage unit. I was in contact with Customer Advocacy–Resolution Specialist and she gave me the runaround and stated that they had miscommunication and its the drivers right not to deliver to certain locations, even though there was plenty of room for him to drop the POD. Not only that but the driver insinuated that my mom was fat when he told her that "you might want to get someone skinner to squeeze in the pod to try to get the pressure of the door".
This company should not be making fraudulent claims.
Moving is not easy and they made my move 10 times harder and more difficult than it needed to be.

Pods really worked well. Professional delivery and pickup, no worries about timing. Took several steps out of the process- storage and load/unload multi times, redelivery.

If I could pick zero, I would. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemies, let alone my family and friends. Between their poor communication and their extreme prices, I don't know what's worst. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Overall experience was excellent. Had some problems navigating the website didn't seem to address all of the concerns I had. Customer service was very helpful.

Extra pick up fee was not clearly stated at time of booking, nor was it in any email I received after booking. Was sent 20% off coupon AFTER I had already booked that was for “new customers only” and company wouldn’t honor the coupon since I had already booked it. Customer service was terrible, had to call 4 times and only one person was understanding and apologized for the awful service (shout out to Denise, she was awesome!). They tried to charge us for an extra month because their first pick up date was three days into the next month. Took two calls to resolve that issue. Then I got a text saying they were picking up a day early, which we hadn’t planned for. Yet another phone call to ask about that and their system didn’t show the change at all. Delivery driver damaged our pine tree (we measured prior according to their specifications and there was plenty of room). Bottom line, unless you love hidden fees and want to wait on hold for way too long just to have no one actually be able to help, find another company.

Called to get a quote for a move and the agent added 36 miles to the distance. One way shot straight down I-70 and told me their driver had to do it different. No thank you.

A really great experience and supplemental to the items we could move on our own. A worth it, all-Inclusive $600-800 investment, for the largest pod. Itemized pricing allowed us to adjust the price up or down as needed. Easily saved us thousands of dollars with our primary moving company. The price included drop off, pick up, temperature controlled pod storage, drop off, pick up. We packed as the company suggested, nothing shifted, everything was in great shape. Excellent communication. There are also military/veteran discounts and it is a veteran owned company. ****Thank you Kimi x1 and Tom x3 for the pick up and drop offs!! Wonderful to meet you both.****
