Kaitlyn at the front desk was very very unprofessional and rude. My husband and I have always used the guest pass. I pay my membership fee monthly in order to get this guest pass, we work on different schedules so we work out for about 15 minutes together and then i leave and he stays to finish his work out. upon arrival today when he scanned his QR code to workout she had stopped him and told him he can not workout here using a guest past. He asked about starting up his own membership and she was again completely unprofessional, didn’t offer to sign him up, no details on how to buy a membership or why he couldn’t workout today with his pass that again i pay for monthly. she said “you are a guest and don’t actually have an account so you have to leave right now” my boyfriend then asked about getting his own membership if this was a issue she proceeded to say “i said right now which means now, get out” safe to say my money will be going else where. i called after the encounter and asked why it was this way, after she couldn’t give me answers i asked to talk to someone else, she told me no and then hung up on me. the “perks” for paying DOUBLE a normal membership aren’t worth this hassle. you can’t use the guest pass, the tanning beds are always dirty, unprofessional staff, equipment is always broken or down. a gym who claims to be a judgement free zone, where you expect nice staff and a comfortable place to work on yourself, this is not that. if i could give stars for the staff it would be negative.

Not cool that you allow FEMALE employees to roam around the MENS locker room. One walked all around while men were showering and getting dressed. Creepy af.

Allows people to steal doesn’t do nothing about it two year member an get treated as if I’m in the wrong because I want my stuff back gets an attitude with me because I had tried to get to the bottom of things few times waste of time all they care about is if you are being loud or if you are a g@y you can do as you please got men going into the woman’s restroom 2024 is just hands down sad do not go to this gym unless you want to get your items stolen.

5+ machines broken well over a month at least 1 water fountain consistently broken while other needs filter..always clean but sometimes gotta ask toilet mate for toilet paper.the tanning salon is always very clean and maintained better as it's the majority of the income again clean facility yet don't come expecting to do a full circuit without taking into account the broken machines sprinkled around all and all great place though

Just joined a few weeks ago and so far my husband and I love it. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the equipment is well maintained.

Really like the facility and overall cleanliness. Can be a bit crowded depending on the day and time that a person goes to the gym. Is there any chance this gym could be open 24 hrs?

I like Planet Fitness, it's a decent gym for low cost. It's reasonably clean and has more than enough equipment/weights for my recent levels of activity.
Issue here is:
The hours... closes at 10 Mon-Thurs, Friday- Sunday they close early. My schedule works best for going about 9-10/11 which means I mostly can't go Fri-Sun.

i wear slides to this gym every day and feel comfortable in them with no judgement, but today a worker kicked me out because i wasn’t wearing tennis shoes. i’ve been here probably a hundred times now with no issue, but i guess that’s why pf gets the horrible reputation it gets ?♂️ i didn’t get her name, but she had black hair (which apparently other reviewers have had issues with her too)
